Re: Mrs***Mrs*** bought a car from Monroeville Chrysler Jeep on May 13, 2015. She signed a bank contract stating that her payment was due on June 12, 2015. Monroeville CJ is unaware of any agreement that she had with any other person. Our process is set up that
all customers must go to a finance manager and go over all documents to assure that nothing is being promised that is not in writing. Mrs*** said nothing to the finance manager about changing the date her payment was due. If she would have, it could have been changed to a day first payment request at the time of purchase, but she agreed to the date that the payment was due by and signed a contract (please see attached copy of the contract signed with the agreed payment date by Mrs***.Mrs*** brought her car to the dealership a couple days after she purchased it, saying that it was not running properly. We gave her a loaner car at no charge and took her vehicle to our *** *** *** store to have it checked out. They returned the car to Mrs*** and told her and also told us at Monroeville CJ that there was nothing wrong with the car and it was running properly (attached you will find a copy of a Service work order from *** *** *** saying that the vehicle is running fine and there's nothing wrong with it.As a good faith effort to please Mrs***, we contacted the lender (*** *** and asked to have Mrs***'s payment date changed as a courtesy convenience to her. We were told once she makes her first payment they will be able to change the date for her at any *** *** Branch location. If Mrs*** feels that there is something wrong with her car, it is under factory warranty and we will be glad to help her arrange for an appointment at *** *** ***. A Service Repdid drive the vehicle miles and confirmed there was nothing wrong. However, if she would like to have it re-checked, I have no problem setting up a service appointment to have this done. At Monroeville Chrysler Jeep our main goal is to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability and we work hard to do that.Sincerely,*** ***, GM

RE: *** *** Jeep CherokeeThe customer's vehicle was brought in on September The customer stated that the vehicle will not stay in park and does not seem to be shifting properlyWe inspected vehicle and found several issuesThe rear differential was leakingThere was binding and noise
from the front ptuThere was also over temp fault code in the front ptu moduleThe front and rear tires were different brand tires and had a circumference difference of over Vi inchChrysler specifies that tires should be within 1/inch of each otherWe determined that the excessive tire circumference caused the ptu to failWe advised the customer that we would not replace the ptu under warranty if the tires were not replaced because it would result in the same failure and did not meet manufacturer's specificationsThe customer would not accept this and was not satisfiedWe contacted our district representative Jim G*** to advise him of this situationHe voided the powertrain warranty on the customer's vehicle because the vehicles tires did not meet manufacturer's specificationsWe discussed this issue with the customer further and he agreed to have the tires replacedAt this point we contacted Chrysler and convinced them to reinstate the customers warranty to save them from paying for a repair that would have been in excess of 3.500-dollarsWe then replaced the ptu under warranty and verified the vehicle was properly repairedWe strive to satisfy our customers in every way possibleUnfortunately, the tires that had caused the issue with the ptu were disposed of during the days the vehicle was here

January 9, 2017 Revdex.com 400 Holiday Drive, Suite 220 Pittsburgh, PA 15220Re: [redacted] [redacted]l/ id#[redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted]:Mr. [redacted] came in the dealership with an advertisement that he saw on our internet for stock # [redacted] which is a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail hawk with an MSRP...

of $47,855.00. Mr. [redacted] saw an internet quote to purchase the vehicle for $42,410 which included all incentives and dealer discounts up to $3920.00. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] did not meet the qualifications for these additional incentives that are given by the manufacturer and are not directly given by Monroeville Chrysler Jeep. The additional rebates/incentives that were advertised that Mr. [redacted] did not qualify for were Returning Lessee $1000.00, Returning Lessee Bonus Cash $1000.00 and Military $500.00. These incentives were disclosed on our website which is where Mr. [redacted] saw the figure in the first place. Therefore, [redacted] did not qualify for $2500.00 of these incentives that would have brought him to a price of $44,910.00, but Monroeville Chrysler Jeep gave him a discounted price of $45,910.00 less $1500.00 in incentives that Mr. [redacted] qualified for, which brought his figure to $44,410.00 which is $500.00 less than the price he would have qualified for. This figure given to Mr. [redacted] was the invoice price on this particular unit less the incentives that he qualified for. [redacted] made Monroeville Chrysler Jeep an offer on stock# GC7453 of $40,655.00 which is about $2,000 less than the advertised price including all incentives. Mr. [redacted] stated that we had one opportunity to earn his business and if we didn't sell it for his offer, he would take his business elsewhere. When the figures were presented to Mr. [redacted], he stated to the General Sales Manager, Chad G[redacted], that Chad was wasting his time and got up and left and that Mr. [redacted] would find a vehicle that he could purchase at his offer from another dealership.Monroeville Chrysler Jeep would like to earn Mr. [redacted]'s business on Stock#[redacted]. General Manager Robert M[redacted] contacted [redacted] to try and resolve this matter. Robert explained the advertised pricing and all incentives and reviewed the dealerships internet disclaimer with Mr.[redacted]. Robert offered to sell this vehicle for the price of $44,410.00 less an additional $500.00 discount which equals $43,910.00 for his inconvenience and misunderstanding that happened between [redacted] and Monroeville Chrysler Jeep.Attached below is the website advertisement that [redacted] saw and also the disclaimer showing that [redacted] must qualify for all incentives that were used on this particular vehicle.Mr. [redacted] can call Chad G[redacted], General Sales Manager, to discuss the possibility of a sale between the two parties discussed here today by calling ###-###-####.Thank you for giving Monroeville Chrysler Jeep the opportunity to discuss this issue with you. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted]I am trying to write a response to the business.  I don't know how.  I know I signed the contract, but that was under the agreement that I could change it.

August 11, 2015 Dear [redacted], This letter is in response to your letter dated 08/11/15 regarding complaint ID [redacted]  that was filed with your office on 08/10/2015.   [redacted] are upset that there tires worn out at 10,000  miles. I measured the tires and...

they do need replaced. I called [redacted] and there is no pro-rate available for that particular tire. I called Chrysler Corporation and got them to authorize a onetime goodwill for a 50/50 resolution.   I called Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] and told them and they are still not happy. I gave them [redacted]`s number and Chrysler customer assistance number and have not heard back from them as of today.     Sincerely,     Mike C[redacted] Service & Parts Director Monroeville Chrysler Jeep

07/25/2016 To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] purchased her 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 09/12/2014 and declined the option to upgrade her warranty at the time of purchase. We do not solicit our customers into buying extended warranty options after the time of sale. [redacted] came into my...

office on 2/13/15 and asked me about extended warranty options. She decided to upgrade her coverage and signed up for Touchpointe financing which is 0% interest for 18 months. The only requirement is 10% down which I stated at the time of sale. She decided to cancel her warranty on 03/09/2015 which was within 30 days of the purchase date and was issued a full 100% refund on her purchase. Five months later, [redacted], came back to my office and asked to upgrade her coverage once again. She purchased the same exact coverage that she had five months previous. [redacted] had full recollection of the previous transaction because it had only been a few months. She decided that she wanted to upgrade her protection before her manufacturer's warranty expired. [redacted] decided that she wanted to put down 30% this time instead of 10% to lower the monthly payment. She put down the 30% and once again did the 18 months at 0% interest financing. On 06/10/2016, [redacted] wanted to cancel her coverage again. At this point it had exceeded well over 30 days from time of purchase, and at that point all refunds are prorated based on usage as well as the cancellation fees assessed by the warranty company. We did not "strong arm" [redacted] in any way. She came to us on both occasions and purchased the exact same warranty not once, but twice.Sincerely,Mike C[redacted]

This is in response to my original complaint ID: [redacted] filed On Dec. 1, 2015 and the response received from Monroeville Chrysler Jeep. Since that time a resolution was presented to me by Mr. Robert M[redacted], which I accepted. On Dec. 12th, after this arrangement, I received in the mail a response from same addressing my grievances stating untruths which I feel compelled to address. 1) It states that I was shown "multiple" vehicles by the salesman, when in fact I was shown only ONE vehicle, which said salesman suggested because of my preference for an older model and what would be within my capability. I agreed to negotiate for this vehicle. 2) the credit application I signed did not display the income I stated to the finance mgr. It would have been something I could not have overlooked, as it was way out of range of my actual income. 3) My realization of the actual cost and obligation to this transaction was on the SAME DAY, not mid or end of the month, as stated, and I made the finance mgr. aware of my discomfort and inability for this arrangement that same evening via phone call. I requested that this be reconsidered and to not submit this paperwork the next day. This request was ignored. The fact that I had injured my knee on the "Steering Column" was in addition to, and not the foremost concern at that time. I stated such, but did not make it the primary issue. Mr. Manning was not on the premises when this transaction took place and had no knowledge of the activity that transpired. He is relying solely on inaccurate information that was conveyed to him. I felt very uncomfortable under this circumstance and was obligated to respond even though Mr. Manning reached out to me to attempt to correct this issue.Desired Outcome:that this matter be resolved

BY MONROVILLE CHRYSLER JEEP.  WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED INTO INVENTORY IT WAS ERRONEOUSLY PLACED AS A NEW VEHICLE INSTEAD OF A USED VEHICLE WHICH PROMPTED OUR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM TO PRICE THE VEHICLE USING THE NEW CAR PRICING FORMULA INSTEAD OF THE USED CAR PRICING FORMULA.   WHEN THE ERROR WAS FINALLY DETECTED, UNFORTUNATELY  MS [redacted] AND MS [redacted] WERE ALREADY AT THE DEALERSHIP AND WERE TOLD BY MANAGEMENT THAT IT WAS STOCKED IN WITH ANOTHER WRANGLER THAT SAME DAY AND GOT MIXED UP WITH ACCOUNTING FORMULAS.   MANAGEMENT TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO MS [redacted] AND MS [redacted]  BUT MS [redacted] AND MS [redacted] WERE SO UPSET BECAUSE THEY DROVE FROM LATROBE TO MONROEVILLE THAT MANAGEMENT COULD NOT REASON WITH THEM ABOUT THE SITUATION.   WE TAKE GREAT STRIDES  IN MAKING SURE OUR INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AND TRUE AND IN NO WAY DID WE MEAN TO CAUSE GRIEF TO MS. 633 WILLIAM PENN HIGHWAYMONROEVILLE, PA 15146 412-856-1700 FAX: 412-856-8308 Dear [redacted] ID:[redacted]On October 6th 2015 [redacted] came into Monroeville Chrysler Jeep to look at pre-owned SUV's. She worked with a salesman who showed her multiple vehicles that she was interested in. After...

working with him and looking at different vehicles she decided on the 2009 Jeep Commander that was listed for $13,995. She was trading in a 1993 Jeep Cherokee that we offered her $500 for. Ms. [redacted] had made an offer of $12,000 out the door including taxes, in an effort to get closer to her desired request we discounted our vehicle to $12,995. She was made aware that her offer of $12,000 out the door was not possible. The salesman then offered the suggestion of putting some money down and financing the rest of the vehicle because we could not get to her desired cash price. She had agreed upon the financing terms of $6,000 cash down financing the rest for 60 months to achieve an inexpensive payment. We proceeded to do the paperwork and the financing aspects of the transaction. While in the finance office the customer was given a credit application and was asked to review the information on it to make sure everything was correct. She signed stating that all information on the credit app was correct as submitted. When Ms. [redacted] came back in to the dealership in the middle to end of October she stated she was unhappy with her purchase because her knee hit the dashboard. We agreed that day to keep our eyes open for a nice SUV that she would be more comfortable in and get her under the $12,000 out the door figure she wished to be around. We agreed to trade her out of her commander. Since then we have been waiting to find the right vehicle for her. It is very hard to find a nice SUV with low mileage in this price range, we have been looking for over 30 days. Although recently in the last two days we did bring one in and I will reach out to Ms. [redacted] to set an appointment to see if I can get her to come in and make her happy, customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we do our best every day to satisfy each and every customer that enters our store.Sincerely, Robert M[redacted]General Manager

Review: On August 13, 2015, I was strong armed into buying an Extended for the first payment Mike C[redacted] said I had to make.Warranty on my 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland. Mike C[redacted] told me "I had to buy this warranty or I would end up losing it when anything repairs were needed". I had no idea why I needed it since there was a manufacture warranty on it already, Mike C[redacted] said that warranty was not the coverage I needed for "That JEEP Overland". My Mom put down of $955.30 to start the coverage and I paid $128.83 for the first payment Mike C[redacted] said I had to make. After 10 months of paying $128.83 I spoke to Chris in financing that "I definitely DID NOT need that extended warranty" , so we started the process to get my money I paid out refunded. Well I found out that after my Mom put $955.30 and my payments of $1238.30 for a total of $ 2193.60 I will only get back around $1231.00. They are withholding fees from the money I paid for a warranty I didn't need.Desired Settlement: I want all the money refunded my Mom's $955.30 and all the payment I made for $1238.30 for a total of $2193.60.

Review: I took my jeep into the dealership where I bought it for inspection, got a call that it needed rear break pads for inspection, no problem. when I attempted to call back I was put on hold for over 25 minutes redirected to another dealership in [redacted], hung up on and told to call back when they weren't so busy by the receptionist. being told it was ok to get my vehicle and change the pads out myself after requesting to speak to the manger I did so and returned it within an hour. next day call back to check on the status of the vehicle same thing on hold cannot speak to a service advisor was placed on hold for 15 min then hung up. I am very displeased with the way I am being treated by this dealership and will never go back.Desired Settlement: I just want my vehicle
