Review: I contracted them to install 5 glass block windows to match one that was previously installed. On 07-17-15 they came and installed 4 windows and said they made a mistake only bringing 4 windows with them. On 07-25-15 they returned to install the last window which did not match the other 4 windows. The 1st 4 windows had 15 glass blocks. The last one has only 12 glass blocks. On 07-27-15 I called and said I was not happy with that last window. Patrick said he would switch that window when he retuned from vacation on 08-10-15. Since then I have called and texted him with no response.Desired Settlement: Replace the last window with one that matches the other four they installed. This is what he said he would do.
