however, that the consumer's complaint was based on a misunderstanding of the facts, the nature of the call, and the laws referred toThe call that the consumer is referring to was a purely informational telephonic town hall on March 20, 2014, as part of Monsanto's ongoing listening tourIt was designed to allow community members to learn about the company's local operations and practices and for Monsanto to better understand and answer any community concernsThose who received calls were only placed into the town hall if they chose to remain on the line, and the listener could hang up at any time and not be called backAt no point during the town hall were any attempts made to encourage participants to purchase any goods or services from MonsantoThis was not a sales callThe purpose and content of the call were purely informational in natureAccordingly, there was no obligation for Monsanto to consult the Do Not Call Registry
While under no legal obligation to do so, Monsanto will, in an effort to accommodate the consumer's concern and be a good corporate citizen, remove from our town hall call list all households that have requested to be removed, including that of the consumer who filed this complaintThese numbers will not be called by Monsanto in connection with any future telephonic town hall events
Accordingly, this situation has been resolved, the desired resolution is unnecessary and unwarranted, and no further action need be taken by the Revdex.com

Any chance you can send me the local Kunia, Hawaii Monsanto manager's name, private residential telephone number, and time he/she normally sits down to dinner with family so I can long-windedly thank him/her for their boilerplate text response?
