I have no problem with this text and do see where it is listed on your website today under the 'Instructions' section. However, I purchased the bra back in March 2015. What I did was to go back to your website on August and September using the Internet Web Archive:

I notice that there is no Instructions section at all. In fact, I see no mention of removing the bra. What I do see is this under the bra and shields section:
Water and road grit
Flexible magnetic sheet seals cold air in your refrigerator and it seals out water and dirt on your carThe paint under the bra will stay in original condition
Based on this and on the fact that I purchased my bra before the Instructions section you added to your site existed, I still believe I am due a refund for the product

You neglected to include the most relevant part of the instructions which are:

The bras should be removed at least once a month, even if it never rains. I don't know how we can say it more clearly. If you have suggestions on how we can be sure other customers will read and follow these instructions we would be interested to hear them.

I mentioned in my original complaint that I purchased the bra in March, 2015 and had my reported issue in December 2015 - less than 10 months later.  In the time I have owned the bra, I had removed the bra on two separate occasions that I remember.  Note again the instructions the manufacturer refers to:

The bra was not installed on my vehicle for a period of over six months without being removed (unattended).  Because it was installed for less than six months and still caused damage to the paint on the hood of my car, I believe the vendor should be held responsible for the damage caused.
