Very poorly run company - Shipping of product, customer service lacking in all areas Ok product but due to the hassles I've had after the purchase to just receive the product I will never buy from this company again!
Summary of issues - ordered product Dec 2, that was supposed to be in Stock and Monsta was supposed to send out the product with a shipping number so I could track - (Customer) Dec 16, two weeks went by so I followed up (response Monsta Dec 18, 2017) It states your order has processed but you should have received this by nowI will process this againIf you happen to receive two please let me know and I will have the other paid to be sent back(Dec 19th from Monsta) 9**SSN***SSN** (Dec 19th customer) This is the new tracking number (pre-shipment where USPS hasn’t received the package to be shipped from yesterday) - What I was referencing is the fact that I didn’t receive a tracking number for the 1st shipment you stated was sent! (Monster Dec 19th) If your order was shipped after the post office packed up then no they advent received itThey have not picked up for today so anything that was shipped after they left yesterday is still here(Dec 21st customer) advised Monsta that I rec'd the workout pants but not the hoodie (Monsta response 21st) They were ordered last thursday but UPS has delayed this shipment so as soon s they send it I will have yours shipped (Dec 23rd Customer) Ok - Today I received second part of my order the punishment hoodie and a Priority box package that had both of the items in it again Please let me know how you want it to be returned - I know you said you would pay to have it returned(Dec 26th Monsta) I will be glad to have a return label sent to you for themDoes it have the weight on the box that needs to be sent back? (Dec 26th Customer) The items are still in the priority mail box it came in - Tracking number **CREDITCARD** // I don’t see any weight on the box If you provide a label, I was just going to use the same box and put the label on it/ Followed by another email - Since I already have these same items I would also be willing to pay 50% for this product $if you are agreeable I could make shorts out of the pants and cut the sleeves out of the sweatshirt to make them different from my standpoint Just let me know If not, just provide the product/label to ship these items back (Dec 26th Monsta) Here is your shipping label for return the duplicate order(Dec 27th customer) I didn't receive a label? (Dec 28th Monsta) It was sent, I'm looking at the email nowIll have her resend it(Dec 28th customer) Look at the email all you want - there was NO attachment providing a label If you want to provide your UPS or Fedex #, I’ll just waste my time taking your product to a UPS or Fedex store and ship it out(Dec 28th customer) Found the label - I’ll ship the package out once I return from Fort Lauderdale I didn’t know that I was going to pass your store on the way down or I would have just dropped off the product(Dec 28th customer) I was just letting you know we did send itI didn't want you to think we forgotIm not trying to waste your timeIm trying to help you get this fixed but if you want to waste your time going to UPS then let me know so I'm not wasting mine sending labels over and over againThank you and have a great day!
