First off, let me state that I do NOT easily do ReviewsI'm the type of person that has to be really impressed to write a review That out the way, I just had to do a review for Monster Air, LLC These folks are awesome! My AC had failedI did a ton of research for replacement units, to installation/AC Companiesetc Long story short, I ended up using Monster Air, and am glad I did The entire experience was a pleasure and went very smoothly Special thanks to Brandi, Chris, Dwight and Austin!! All these folks played a role in my obtaining a nice AC/Gas Heat Package, and having it up and running in no time! This thing is quiet and has my home nice and cool again! I had many questions etc, and they never made me feel foolish asking same All very professional and personable, what a great team!!! Friendly folks who really seem to know their business I feel the price was excellent and the service has been awesome! Thank you all for a job well done! I can highly recommend these folks, for me, they did an awesome job!!!

I had a home warranty contract with AHS and had requested a service call for my 35+ year old GoettlWas staying warm and not cooling as it shouldThey sent out an inferior company to handle it and they failed in fixing the problemI had been without air in my house for a week and had been unable to buy the unit I wanted and have it installed a.s.a.pthru other air conditioning companiesMy wife received a referal to Monster Air from a customer of hers and I last minute called Brandi at the businessShe wroked with me and did everything she could do to answer my questions, secure the unit I wanted and we even managed to get an upgrade on the unit without even doing anything (courtesy of Trane for not having the specific unit I had requested)Free upgrade and she worked to secure an install date days after I had laid this in her lapShe was a joy to work with and their installers Dwight and Yazzie were greatON time, friendly and made sure everything was in perfect working condition
I highly recommend Monster Air to anyone looking for a new install or for regular service on your present unit

I give this company a positive star reviewThe professionalism is/was outstanding! I had them replace the A/C unit on my house and didn't have any issues at all! The price was outstanding and the customer service was absolutely top notch! If your in need of a A/C company then Monster Air is your company! I've done all the research, these guys are the best!

We called this company to get a second opinion on part that needed to be replaced and give us an overall on our Air Conditioner unitA tech came out to our home and agreed with the other company that a capacitor needed to be replacedWe were given a quote and we going to decide which company to go with on the repairOn Saturday May 6, the AC quit blowing cool so we call Monster Air to see if they could come out to do the repair We were thankful they were going to not charge us a trip fee since they were just at our home on May 4, The technician arrived and told us it wouldn't take to long to change the capacitorSeriously the technician was on the roof for minutes The tech came into our house and we told him he wasn't going to leave until we new the unit was once again cooling and running correctly The tech used one of those tools that tells you the air temperature coming out of the house vent It did not cool at allThe tech went back up on the roof, came back down in a matter of moments telling us we had a bigger problem as the refrigerant was spraying out all over the place and that a coil needed to be replaced We inquired how could something like that just happen and the tech couldn't explain except that we needed to shut down the system He told us to contact the gal in the office for a quote on the repair on Monday We were give a quote of $for labor and $a pound for the refrigerant for a total of over $ While we were discussing this with the office gal we came to the conclusion that we should call the original company who installed our unit to see what they would charge The other company told us they would come out Tuesday May to look over what Monster Air told us what was wrong with our unit Monster Air lied to us There was nothing wrong with condensing coil When Monster Air replaced the capacitor the tech forced the wrong screws back into the unit and even put screws in hole Thus putting a hole in a cooper tube and this is what caused the all the refrigerant to escapeWe called Monster Air back and told them that they need to make the necessary repairs to our unit and replace all the refrigerant We had a conference call with one of the owners in which he told us that the problem was because we have a contract with the company that install our unit to come out every months to do a maintenance check upThat the repeated times cause the damageBut Monster Air agree to come out the next day and fix the cooper tube, replace the refrigerant and clean up the mess they made But they continue to say the damage was done Coil leak found on 5/6/due to previous HVAC company's repeated inspectionsThis is from there service order They gave us a day warrantyBut no apology for their mistakeThe AC unit is running fine thankfullyWe would like Monster Air to admit to their error and apologize to us for lying to us and even to the point of charging us over $for a repair that wasn't needed at all I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, this is why we went to them in the first place was to get a second opinion but thankfully we didn't agree with their diagnosis of the problem
