Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Monster Movers Incdid not act quickly at allWhen we told them of the urgency of the situation since it was a flooding of our carpet, they responded and told us they had days to actWe repaired the damages to prevent molding from occurring and as soon as they found out we had completed the repair, they denied the claimWe have proof from our builder that indicates the damages were due to an installation error from the moving company and two other witnesses that saw the damages to our propertyWe also have pictures that show the damages and invoices of the repair Regards, [redacted]

This is the worst company ever to have your things moved they stated and promised in their ads that they use three men however too scrawny men showed up I might as well have done the work myself and I'm 5-they take their sweet time of course because they know that is going to be on the clock everything was downstairs and the items were not even that did it took them hours for them to move everything into a budget rental truck I asked why they are using a rental truck and not monster Movers they lied and said that their truck was in the shop and I thought to myself a 26-foot truck is in the shop they lied actually their license was revoked with DPS in April but of course they never mentioned this so it came out that I had to pay almost $for just a two-bedroom move out into a storage this is the worst company ever I could have used my son's to do the work they are clumsy and don't care about your things but of course they take their time to try and cover everything so it looks as though they are caring about your stuff but actually so it came out that I had to pay almost $for just a two-bedroom move out into a storage this is the worst company ever I could have used my son's to do the work they are clumsy and don't care about your things but of course they take their time to try and cover everything so it looks as though they are caring about your stuff but actually they're just putting more time on the clock

BAD BAD BAD...EVEN WORSE THAN BADTHEY BROKE MY WASHER AND NEVER RESPONDED MY E-MAILS, PHONE CALLS ETC...NEVER LET THEM MOVE YOUR STUFF

I am completely shocked at the level of service this company has displayedI called in one month before our move date of June to schedule our moveThe lady I spoke with took down my information and said it would be $to hold that dateI put the deposit down happily knowing that that would secure our moving dateOn June 5th (the day before we were scheduled to move) at 3:in the afternoon, Monster Movers calls and says “we can’t move you tomorrow so can you reschedule for Monday?” No apology was given, and I still have not received oneWe asked what the reason was for the reschedule, and the lady on the phone said that she didn’t know, her boss told her to call and reschedule usI was very unhappy with this, but this wasn’t even the worst partI explained that Monday would not work because we were going back to work that dayShe then offered us that same day (June 5) with a window of 5pm-9pmI asked if we were going to get a discounted rate seeing as they were the one’s rescheduling and it was going to be during prime traffic timeThey declined to give us a discountAt this point, we were desperately trying to find a different moving company to move us, but of course everyone was completely booked out for two weeks at leastWe then agreed for Monster Movers to move us that day from 5-after I had to switch a bunch of appointments aroundMy fiancé also asked that the boss call him personally to explain the situation because we were very upsetHe never called us of courseI started calling Monster Movers back at pm that day because I wanted to ensure they could give me a phone number for the driver of the moving truck that was supposed to meet us at our apartmentI also wanted to make sure they had the gate codeMy fiancé and I called from 5pm-6pm a total of timesNOBODY EVER ANSWEREDNOBODY EVER SHOWED UP TO MOVE US EITHERWe waited around at our apartment from 5pm-pm on a day that was supposed to be extremely happy and celebratory because we had closed on our first homeWe have yet to receive any sort of apology or phone call from anyone at Monster MoversThe next day, the only thing that I received was an emailed receipt saying they had refunded our depositPeople CANNOT be treated this wayThe reason I chose this company was because of the and star reviews, but I am convinced they are fakeThis business has acted in a way that I can’t even imagineNobody should be treated how we were treated, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemyPLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH MONSTER MOVERSLuckily, ABC movers returned my frantic call stating that they had a cancellation and were able to move us on June They moved us fast, easily and efficientlyTheir staff was also extremely helpful, and I even received a phone call from their boss afterwards ensuring that I was satisfied with their servicesI would highly recommend ABC

This business said they would move me on Saturday June 13th. Kept saying they were coming and never showed up! I called four different times each time they said they would be here. Last call was made at 8:30 pm still promising they would be over to move me!!!! Never showed so I wasted a day waiting on there promises they would be here to move me!

Monster Movers inc. tried to set up appointment to inspect damage quickly but was told damage was repaired before we could inspect. If there was a water leak the valve could of simply been shut off by the turn of a handle. We were unable to inspect damages therefore this claim has been denied....

Monster movers inc. will not take any further action.

I am rejecting this response because: Monster Movers Inc. did not act quickly at all. When we told them of the urgency of the situation since it was a flooding of our carpet, they responded and told us they had 90 days to act. We repaired the damages to prevent molding from occurring and as soon as they found out we had completed the repair, they denied the claim. We have proof from our builder that indicates the damages were due to an installation error from the moving company and two other witnesses that saw the damages to our property. We also have pictures that show the damages and invoices of the repair.

This company broke my brand new dresser when moving it. However, they did not follow through on their own 90 day claim process. It was as if my claim did not matter. They didn't even respond to my small claim not did they show up at court. I've called this business so many times to resolve this matter. However, I was told by this extremely unprofessional [redacted] that I was trying to "get over" on them. This matter resulted in me placing a lein on their property until my judgement is paid. They are very unprofessional. They will break your belongings and care less. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! !
