I apologize that you are not completely satisfied with your referral rebate as it pertains to Monster Flooring Sale It is my understanding, however, that you were completely satisfied with the product and installation, which makes the current situation even more regrettable Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in communication The paperwork for your referral was submitted by the local store, and the $credit was given to the person to whom you referred; however, per your referree's instructions, we also applied your rebate to this same customer's order Therefore, the total amount of the rebate was paid Apparently, per your complaint, you wanted to have your rebate mailed directly to you instead of being applied to your friend's order This was not done The good news is, as part of our terms and conditions, you cannot receive multiple discounts for a single order We simply apply the discount with the higher/highest amount to give you the greatest benefit Since this rebate was never applied to your order, but to your friend’s, per our terms, we can offer you the $referral fee Additionally, since we messed up here, if you will simply follow our rules for the [redacted] offer (ie, like our page, post an image of the product you purchased installed in your home, leave the image up for at least days and send us the link to [redacted] ) I will ensure you get that $as well Again I apologize for the error on our part; at Monster Flooring Sale we strive to give outstanding customer service and will continue to do so in the future
To receive the billing adjustment that you requested you will have to follow the rules for the [redacted] offer as stated before The rules are as follows: Like our page Post an image of the product you purchased installed in your home Leave the image up for at least days Send us the link to [redacted] At that time the check will be mailed to you
I would first like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you We changed mangers after the second quarter last year and the new manager was not made aware of the situation concerning your install We have had some difficulties in working out the logistics needed to complete the repair of your home's floor However, we would like the opportunity to fix whatever is wrong with your floor Our local office will contact you Monday morning to schedule a time for the needed repairs
