Towed my car in a lot with other untouched cars. Was unaware that I wasn't to park there. My car had two children's car seats inside. When I found my car missing I was left in the parking lot sitting in the rocks crying with to babies, one of which was hysterically crying because I was upset and crying, no food no diapers and no blankets. The company did not care. The sun was setting and we were there in the dark. Two babies and myself cold in the dark with no help or care from the company. In fact, the driver of the company laughed at me.

These guys are the absolute rudest company I have ever seen. Left me and my kids stranded and then proceeded to mock and make fun of the situation we were in. Worst customer service. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

On Oct 13th, 2015 my cousins from out of town and I parked in a lot at Mill and 7th in Tempe clearly marked Pulic Parking. There were two signs in another area of the lot vaguely stating as we understood (and we are educated women) not to park between these signs. So we proceeded to park in a row where other cars were parking and went to dinner. When we returned, my car had been towed. The tow truck was in the process of towing another car and the driver pointed to another hidden sign behind two other parked cars that had been there at the beginning of the row and mysteriously had not been towed. We had to pay 155.00 CASH ONLY and he speed dialed a taxi which arrived a little too soon. Suspicious! Then I had to sign a form IN THE DARK to retrieve my car. Of course, we discovered from his small son who was working with him and out way to late that he towed about 8 cars per night every night. He also owns the lot, the towing company and the retrieval lot. This man has been operating since 2009 and has had numerous complaints. He should be indicted for running a 'bait lot'. I have no doubt those two cars at the end of the row hiding the other sign were bait cars. I also have no doubt that the Tempe Chamber of Commerce is well aware of this scam and allows it to continue for nefarious reasons. The least this sm could do is leave his little son, no older than 8 maybe 9 tops, at home instead of having him out after 9pm!

Monster Towing is running a shady and low-down operation right in the heart of [redacted]. The owner, manager, and employees brush it off as a necessary evil. It is just evil. They are not required to tow from the empty [redacted] lot, but they run that lot as a cash business preying on folks that are slightly careless regarding the parking in and around [redacted]. They have created a system of malicious practices that even include taxis waiting for your car to be towed, so that they too can profit from your carelessness and haste. The business should not be allowed to (1) tow your car to the west side of [redacted], (2) impound the vehicle and not allow you to see it until you pay their pricey fees, (3) charge much more fees than posted on signs, and (4) require only cash. The owner has been reported by the [redacted] as having been arrested several times and also owning the coffee shop adjacent to this lot. A dirty business is waste management or fertilizers. This Towing business has no redeeming qualities. If this lot requires towing, it should be done under the direct jurisdiction of the [redacted] Police; not through a private scam.
