I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI will be more than happy if the manger could issue the checkI have once tried to pick up return passes and a young man stated I could not, per his managerAlso I understand the manager provided a break down, which shows return items to be freeIn the lesser value birthday packages it is not included at allSo I think I paid more for my package due to the extra features as it states onlineIt's sad I had to contact Revdex.com to get treated with great customer service, because as I mentioned I loved the venue and the time I spent thereHope this will be a coaching opportunity in the future, because I feel as if I was just called a liar by everyoneMy host handed me extra fun passes is what she statedI'm pretty sure there has to be some type of tracking numbers on the return passes.None of my guest received or returned after the event date, which I'm sure they would have loved toThank you in advance, I have also left my mailing address below

sans-serif;">There are several issues I have with this complaint. Let me first say that I have 15 cameras that have recorded this event in its entirety. I have reviewed the footage and have noted the following:
5:37 pm- Party mom arrives to set up for party.
5:58 pm -The complainant was presented with the party basket and its contents which included the birthday items (surprise toys, fun cards and return cards). Mom dismissed the party host at which time the host stored the items for later.
7:37 pm- Party hostess retrieves the basket to distribute items.
7:38 pm- Hostess begins to distribute surprise toys to guests while on the golf course. 7:41 pm- Hostess places basket with remaining items in the DJ booth for later distribution. 8:00 pm- Hostess delivers T-shirt to birthday child while in the DJ booth.
8:03 pm-Hostess passes out "Fun Cards" and "Passes" to each guest at the end of golf. 8:10 pm- Party mom pays out.
The complainant did call requesting that she be given the return passes. My manager did admit to telling the complainant that she could come by and pick them up. My manager then brought this to my attention. Viewing this as a party review opportunity, I saw in the footage that the kids were in fact given the return cards. I also asked the two hosts of the party if in fact the cards were distributed and they both said "yes". This is when the second phone call occurred. The demand had now turned from "I want the cards" to "I want my money". Complainant was told that I would be happy to mail the complainant's guests each a free pass card and offered as much. The offer was refused by the complainant.

You can see that the return passes that the complainant is requesting have no value to the party. They are simply our gift to the party guests in an effort to have them return and visit us at a later date.
At this point, if after reading my response; the complainant still wants a re-fund; I will gladly send her 16 free passes or send a check to her in the amount of (16 x 8) $128. Eight dollars is the children's golf
admission price.
