This Company never answered messages left by myself or my motherYou act like no one ever tried to solve any problems
Your shop is very small, and this truck has a lot of problemsYou know the truck had problems and never solved them
They put AC sealant to solve a problem and you can see the stuff leakingYou knew the truck had problems and chose not
to fix themYou just sold the vehicleIf you could fix the problems so easy and cheap why didn't youYour shop has bad reviews
and now so does The DealershipWe have provided all paperwork so you can clearly see the money spent to just get this
truck on the roadThe differential is now going and grindingI am told its from towing heavy items like a big boat
You openly admitted using this truck, to tow you boat causing the latest problemYou dodged this truck and sold it
OTHERS NEED TO KNOW YOU ARE NOT AN HONEST PERSON

1) The purchase price of was a cash purchase where you hand me payment and I hand you a title
Financed vehicles have added cost
title and tags *** insurance sales tax processing fee doc fee at finance compant these actually added up to over $
2) warranty paper work is clearly dated 7/25/ The same date the truck was purchased effective when the vehicle left the lot.
3) no keys were promised I was there for this conversation we said "if" we could get a remote we would pass it along I can accept that maybe we were not clear enough I have since made sure that when a vehicle leaves nothing is left out anything that goes with the vehicle goes that day period
4) The only code in the system at the time of sale was a evap code as we explained If the cats went bad after that then it happened after the truck has almost 200k miles on it so anything is possbile
5) YOU made the decision on where to buy parts and where to repair the truck We heard nothing about any transmission problems or cat problems until receiving the letter from the Revdex.com We repair things for customers all the time even on "as is" sales If we feel we missed something we take care of it At the very least we split the repairI could have done that job in house for under $total I was given no chance to help you no chance to inspect the vehicle You have left me with no way to help you You already overpaid for everything.
6) The letter I sent in clearly shows that no warranty claim was made I cannot accept hearsay from a transmission shop that they were told a claim could not be made If they can supply names and dates of who they spoke with I will certainly take it up with the warranty company The bottom line here is that the warranty paperwork with what was covered and what wasn't was given to you at time of purchase ANy *** issues should be taken up with themwe gave no in house warranty on this truck so I am not sure why this is even a complaint Again with no proof they turned you down how am I supposed to proceed? If they denied a claim there would be paperwork stating thatAgain had you let me know there was a issue and brought me the vehicle I would have been in a position to help you
I have sold nearly vehicles with no complaints to the Revdex.com Although most would consider in a thousand a great average I do not ANy other issue I have had has been resolved here and in a timely matterWe believe that how we handle a problem is what seperates us from our competitionI take this matter very serious and will implement new plans to stop a complaint from ever being filed again..I have been in business for myself well over years and strive to always keep my customers best interest as job
with no way of knowing any issues and not being given a chance to correct those issues I feel I have been left with no way to help I can certainly offer an apology on this end, I know it wont help at this point but I am sorry you were not happy with the truckI would have loved to have had the opportunity to show you the way we handle things at my business communication is key

Complaint #[redacted]   [redacted]
The Monster Motorsports requested documentation pertaining to repairs cost, replacement cost and equipment and supplies. Attached is the paperwork including my mother’s checking account showing withdraws to pay for various items and the[redacted] installment. I have included most of the items requested. If you insist on my savings account withdraw as well I will have to ask my bank.
Monster Motorsports,
1.  You never mentioned the $ 1000. over charge when we bought the car. When the [redacted] clearly stated $ 9,9995.00.
2.  The keys were promised at purchase not just a maybe.
3. The [redacted] warranty was not shown or given until the [redacted] tags were available 28 days after car purchase. Another reason for various phone calls that were never returned, complaining 30 day tags were expiring. I have called several times and never returned.
4. If we knew that putting out the Engine light was COSTLY and not just a gas cap lose as told. do you think we would have bought the car? You lied.
5. We bought both Catalytic Converts from [redacted] [redacted], right Front = $ 331.,68 and the left front = $ 237.97 and $ 30. for gaskets and supplies, purchased 09/05/2014 [redacted] Service, installed all the parts, for $ 343.37. Their phone: [redacted]
[redacted] [redacted].  Completed 09/12/2014. You may call them anytime. They kept the car 2 weeks and had a lot of problems in the install so they will defiantly remember the automobile.
6* [redacted], called the Warranty Co. you have a contract with. They laughed at him.  They clearly stated that because the Transmission did not fail from itsself. The leak/hole in the radiator causing the transmission fluid and the radiator fluid mixing is what caused the Transmission to go bad, along with the water pump, and thermostat, etc. The [redacted] warranty would pay $ 0. They would not even allow the Transmission repair to put in a claim. All [redacted] [redacted] told us was, these cheep companies sell these Warranty’s  to small Dealers who really don’t care it just looks good on paper at a sale. Please give them a call, they would love to tell you all the problems they had in repairing and replacing the Transmission, radiator, water pump, thermostat, external transmission
cooler and all the antifreeze it took. I also need to tell you they gave me a $ 500. discount for being a repeated customer, which could have made the bill a whole lot more.

Hello,                         sans-serif;">                                ... Claim #[redacted]I am the owner at Monster motorsports and got a letter in the mail today stating I had a complaint about a vehicle I sold.I have owned my own business over 20 years and never had a complaint that I know of.I always do whatever I can to make my customers happy so this is a new road for me.This particular truck was a very high mileage (over 180k) mile truck, that being said I personally drove this truck quite a bit and never noticed any issues with it.I even towed my boat to the lake with it,You would think with a heavy boat behind it I would have noticed a transmission slipping or a overheating issue.....again nothing. With a vehicle of this age it is not uncommon for things to pop up all of the sudden,it is the very reason we sell  a power train warranty,It is good for her and us as it should take care of issues that we could have missed or that arose suddenly..If they did not cover a issue I would assume that should be taken up with the warranty company as it should have covered a transmission. The check engine light when it left here was a evap small leak code,Anyone who is around cars will tell you that finding that leak to put the light out is very costly and it in no way effects how the truck runs.If the vehicle coded for a converter and she would have called me I would have certainly worked with her.New direct fit cats are $129.00 ea on ebay.I would have gladly helped her with that.........If she paid almost $2,000 to have them done than Her next complaint should be with whomever charged her that much........that whole job in my shop would have been around $360.00....That's quite a difference. As for the key remote she was told that if we ran across an extra one (which we do from time to time) that we would gladly give her one.I am in the process of tracking her warranty claim now.Our warranty company says that no claim has ever been made on this truck.we will have a letter from them stating this which I will pass to you.The odd thing is that she did call here and talk to my salesman,After talking to him today he says she never mentioned the transmission or cat problem.Only about the remote which he repeated himself in saying that if we got one we would pass it on to her.You would think if the transmission died she may have mentioned that when looking for a remote. She told him she was recording the conversation so please ask her to play that for you.It should clear up what was said.At this point I would like to see all the paperwork she has concerning this truck.warranty claim, all paperwork with the cat and transmission repair. As  a small business owner I take any customer problem very serious. My reputation is everything to me and has been the key to my long lasting ability to stay in businessI will update you on the letter as soon as I have it.Thank you for your time,       [redacted], Owner Monster Motorsports.

Review: I purchased a [redacted]. I was told it cost $ 9,995.900. When I went to pay for it they charged me $ 10,999. I was told the extra $ 1000. was for paper work because I financed it. The company that financed the car of course charged me to finance it. We should have stopped it all then. The engine light was on, they programmed it to go off and told me it was probably a vacuum thing with the gas cap. Light came back on and cost me not one but 2 (Right & Left) catalytic converters costing $ 1,965.00 cash, to have replaced. They promised me 2 keys & remotes. I got only 1. It cost me $ 158. to program a new key and I programed the remote myself. The engine started changing gear going down the road. It overheated and left me stranded. I found out the radiator was bad and caused the transmission to go. The [redacted] would not cover anything and I was stuck replacing the Transmission, cooler, radiator and water pump costing me $ 4,678.35. cash. I overpaid for the car, I saw on [redacted] and it cost me nearly $ 7,000. to keep it running in the first 42 days of ownership. I want my $ 6,643.35 + $ 1,000+ $ 158.00 = Total $7,801.35 refund.Desired Settlement: $ 7,801.35 cash back

Hello, Claim #[redacted]

I am the owner at Monster motorsports and got a letter in the mail today stating I had a complaint about a vehicle I sold.I have owned my own business over 20 years and never had a complaint that I know of.I always do whatever I can to make my customers happy so this is a new road for me.

This particular truck was a very high mileage (over 180k) mile truck, that being said I personally drove this truck quite a bit and never noticed any issues with it.I even towed my boat to the lake with it,You would think with a heavy boat behind it I would have noticed a transmission slipping or a overheating issue.....again nothing.

The check engine light when it left here was a evap small leak code,Anyone who is around cars will tell you that finding that leak to put the light out is very costly and it in no way effects how the truck runs.

If the vehicle coded for a converter and she would have called me I would have certainly worked with her.New direct fit cats are $129.00 ea on ebay.I would have gladly helped her with that.........If she paid almost $2,000 to have them done than Her next complaint should be with whomever charged her that much........that whole job in my shop would have been around $360.00....That's quite a difference.

As for the key remote she was told that if we ran across an extra one (which we do from time to time) that we would gladly give her one.

I am in the process of tracking her warranty claim now.Our warranty company says that no claim has ever been made on this truck.we will have a letter from them stating this which I will pass to you.

The odd thing is that she did call here and talk to my salesman,After talking to him today he says she never mentioned the transmission or cat problem.Only about the remote which he repeated himself in saying that if we got one we would pass it on to her.You would think if the transmission died she may have mentioned that when looking for a remote.

She told him she was recording the conversation so please ask her to play that for you.It should clear up what was said.

At this point I would like to see all the paperwork she has concerning this truck.warranty claim, all paperwork with the cat and transmission repair.

As a small business owner I take any customer problem very serious. My reputation is everything to me and has been the key to my long lasting ability to stay in business

I will update you on the letter as soon as I have it.

Thank you for your time, [redacted], Owner Monster Motorsports.
