Hi [redacted], Monster Moving would like to thank you for being a repeated customer. I do apologize about the bad experience but I do clearly remember speaking to you about this issue, we ended our call on a good note. Believing there is a misunderstanding during our call we agreed I would...

accommodate to you even adding a discounted price not because we were wrong but here at Monster Moving we love our customers and value your business. We agreed you would call me back with time and date to finish the job you didn't allow crew to finish. The day we moved you it rained all day and not a light rain I believe it rained 4 inches in total for the day it was the biggest storm California has seen in many years. So when we got there crew asked you if you wanted to reschedule for the following day because from where truck had to park to your front door was about 50 yards in down poring rain, you said no so the crew got right to work. After about 30 min or so you asked the crew if they would make 2 trips because you didn't want your wet patio furniture and your water fountain to get your stuff from inside home wet or dirty, so your crew talked to each other about the situation and let you know it going to take longer to make a 2nd trips, then shared with you for your approval, you said no problem again crew got back to work as you wanted. When I talked to you you said they had great attitudes from the starting as they worked in rain valuing our customers as trained here at Monster Moving. [redacted] when you booked your crew of two men they were to only move your belonging as you shared while booking apt. you would be fully packed and ready for us too move you. That was not the case, your crew still Packed your belongings as well even thou you booked apt. stating you would be packed and ready, With a crew of two men Packing and moving in pouring rain is indeed going to take longer, But your crew never complained and did there best to make you happy even in pouring rain.After 7 hrs. as there were unloading last load you keep telling crew why is this taking to long, crew apologized and said we packed you as well so that slowed us down three guys should have been here, but we did our best to make it work. [redacted] told me that was rude of them to speak like that and wanted them to leave once again crew acted upon her request and left.  Monster Moving Apologizes [redacted] you took a day off work and had to call other company to finish the job you didn't let crew finish, you chose not to take me up on my offer as well as I never got your call back with time and date. Monster Moving Truly did the BEST to make it right many ways and it was just not good enough therefore you chose to hire other movers and take day off work how is Monster Moving responsible for fee's. Disagree with your desired settlement you are asking for.Monster Moving Team truly wishes you the best.Thank you Monster MovingTEAM
