###-###-#### for "[redacted]" (who apparently sold his share in this business to [redacted]). I contacted him first concerning this matter and he assured me that [redacted] would take care of it...this was back in February.
Review: We purchased 100 prepaid phone cards (named [redacted])for $422.41 COD money order, and found that 53 of them were useless because the company went out of business in July of 2013. We asked for replacements worth $265.00 be sent and have had nothing but empty promises since early March of 2014. We sent them the bad cards as requested and now we don't even have the cards as proof...they have the cards."[redacted]" was the initial contact person for these cards for several years, and when we called we were informed of a new name handling the cards..."[redacted]"...phone number [redacted]. I have talked to [redacted] several times and he pretends to be writing down our address and does absolutely nothing when he hangs up the phone. [redacted] is at the [redacted] address we have given you.Desired Settlement: If they can't do replacement, then a refund of $265.00 is expected.
