We are working with the customer to resolve this issue and have reached an agreement to discount the furniture due to the misunderstanding and wait time. Unfortunately, there have been a couple of miscommunications from all parties involved, and we understand the frustration that this is causing for...

the customer. We want them to have their furniture as soon as possible. The sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman were purchased on a payment plan with the understanding that pieces could be picked up as they were paid off. When sold, we believed that the customer would want the show models (as approximately half of our customers do), and indeed, they picked up the chair and ottoman from our showroom floor as soon as they were paid for without any issue. We reordered the chair and ottoman from the factory to complete the room group on our floor just before the customer paid for the remaining sofa and loveseat and was ready to pick up, but at this time, they told us they would prefer a sofa and loveseat that had not been on display. Due to a miscommunication with the factory about the chair and ottoman that we had already reordered, when we called to verify the order of the sofa and loveseat along with shipping time on several occasions, the factory mistakenly believed we were inquiring about the chair and ottoman and gave us incorrect information (even though we specifically said sofa and loveseat repeatedly). The order for the sofa and love was not being processed, and nobody at the factory realized. It's easy for somebody on the other end to just look at the series name and not the specific pieces if they aren't being careful. Due to this miscommunication, it has taken longer than we anticipated. While we do our best to be upfront, clear, and completely honest, sometimes we depend on other people to do as they say, and unfortunately, there was just a misunderstanding from the factory about what pieces were ordered and when they were shipping. We have offered a 10% discount to the customer for their trouble and sincerely regret the frustration the situation has caused. They have agreed to wait for the furniture and remove the complaint as we are working with them to be happy with their furniture purchase.
