I have been a longtime supporter and advocate for Monster Scooter Parts to my MS Groups in So Cal but just had a bad experience I will share with the National MS Society
I received replacement batteries for my Elite scooterIt took approximately weeks to install the batteries, and noticed a problem with themA couple weeks later the installation was inspected/confirmed/testedI contacted Monster and was told they needed further testing under loadThis test was done and both batteries were faultyMonster told me it would be covered under warranty and to package them and send it to usI did this at a cost of $
They were confirmed as faulty and replaced
The returned batteries were good and I contacted Monster to be refunded/credited the $to send the faulty batteries backI was told that it was a warranty return and that the return cost was mineI again explained that the batteries were new and faulty on receiptShe told me "I should Have contacted them in days

The parts I needed were in stock, they shipped them super fast, and my handy husband had my scooter fixed three days after we ordered the parts. The price was 15% lower than my local scooter store, there was no sales tax, and the shipping was very reasonable. We could not be more pleased with the service we received.

I ordered 4 tires listed as 200x50 (8"x2") Scooter Tire with Large Tread. These tires were listed with the below description indicating they are a 200x50 tire with better traction. That's what I needed. When they arrived, they had a much larger than standard rim size and did not fit my 200x50 standard wheels. Monster Scooter parts acknowledged the description should have called out a larger rim and will update their website accordingly. They would not allow me to return the new uninstalled tires without a large restocking fee and return shipping. This is not my error, so I do not feel I should be out more than half the cost of this transaction. I saved the entire chat with the online rep, who ended the chat session without notice once I politely expressed my concern. It's only $47, but my kid has no scooter tires and my $47 is gone.

This 200x50 (8"x2") scooter tire has an alternate, large pattern tread as compared to our standard 200x50 scooter tire. If you're looking for a new look on your scooter or perhaps a bit better traction, give this 200x50 scooter tire a try.
