On [redacted] came in to get a tattooShe spoke with one of our artists and found a design she was interested in getting to cover a scarShe filled out her paperwork, paid and waited while the artist drewDuring that time the artist was giving advice to his coworker on how to make the design work for different situationsAfter the design was completed and shown to [redacted] she suddenly and unexpectedly said she had to leave When asked if she would like to schedule an appointment for a later date she said "No, just give me my money back." She was informed of the shops "No refund policy", which is prominently and conspicuously displayed on the cash register, the wall directly behind cash register and on the waiver form [redacted] filled outWe asked if there was any problem or anything she would like to change, she then said "The artist sounds mad like you were arguing." The artist explained that no one was arguing and that he was teaching his coworker how to draw a particular designShe continued to insist on a refund and proceeded to call the police When the police arrived they acknowledged that the store policy concerning refunds is clearly statedThey were also present when Ms.Igloria was given a receipt stating her balance was paid in full and she could come back anytime she wanted and get her tattoo from another artist in the shop Thank you

and found a design she was interested in getting to cover a scar. She filled
out her paperwork, paid and waited while the artist drew. During that time the
artist was giving advice to his coworker on how to make the design work for
different situations. After the design was completed and shown to [redacted]
she suddenly and unexpectedly said she had to leave.
When asked if she would like to schedule an appointment for a later date she
