[redacted] is an active client of [redacted] Tax Relief who is upset about $of interest that he had to pay to the state of North CarolinaSpoke with client and explained that his state does not accept an interest and penalty abatement program so there is nothing we can do about those feesFurther explained to client that he only hired us to take care of his IRS liability, and we filed for the state as a courtesy; free of charge, as we cannot represent state cases outside CaliforniaWe have asked client to please delete comment as our company doesn’t have Revdex.com and he made the complaint under another company who is not at faultWe will call to follabout him deleting comments

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] The reasons why I'm not satisfied with this is because this is not resolved , they said they where not going to refund my for late interest and penalty for North Carolina Department RevenueI turned all needed paper work into them no later than the second week in marchThey where in charge of doing my taxies state and federal plus they where paid for that jobThey advised me they where filling for an extension no because they did not have the needed information from me it was because they dropped the ball which was stated by Ms [redacted] who worked for Sepctrum Tax Relief/ [redacted] Tax ReliefMr [redacted] who work for [redacted] Tax Relief who is Ms [redacted] boss stated that they where doing me a favor by doing my state taxies and it was not there responsibility about the state tax they only was responsible for the federalBut if that is the case why wouldn't they advise me of the possibility that this would happen so I would not be late with my state taxies as a professional at the top of there game because they requested the extension not because of something I did or did not do but because they dropped the ball and I had to pay $in interest and penaltyThey told me this after the fact advising that I should know that and it's not there responsibility, but they told me they would do it, if they could not do it they should not have said they would, leave me thinking all is good with getting it doneAs for me continue working with [redacted] tax relief I did not have much of a c***, They had already filed the paper work with the IRS about my back taxies own to the federal governmentDoing my taxies was a task they advised to me they could do at no extra charge a long with doing my back taxiesI had already paid they company $1,and they had done the work if I did not continue I would have been out that money a long with the $which I had to pay to the state of NCAs for the superior customer and professional results they do not get a passing mark from meIt's not resolved the way I see it, they took advantage of me the way I look at it and I want them exposed for the way I was treaded and so it will not happen to another senior, and I would like the money I had to pay NC ($256.66)They ( [redacted] ) advised me there policy don't cover refunds, policies change all the time or are amended to correct mistakes, in his eyes they did not make one, he say they followed the law and that's all they have to do and to me they did not do a good job of thatIf they really believe in superior customer service and professionalism they would give me the $refund they made $1,from the work that was done with my case#***, It's all about the money not good work to help people in need of helpThere was issues that I asked them about that I never received as answers to ( caregivers credit), I'm disable and take care of myself take pills a day do all the work never received a responds one way or the otherNothing , nothing , please help me if you canThank you very much

I have paid $3,for Monster Tax Relief to repair a tax problem & stop garnishmentsWithin months not ONE thing has been accomplishedThey claim they are missing documentation from me, so I resubmit itThen I hear nothing backweeks later they say they’re missing the same documents I’d already submitted numerous timesThis is a scamAfter doing some research, this is a common scam even recently covered by *** ***

NEW FIRM, BUT A GREAT FIRM! THEY HAD SENT ME A LETTER ABOUT MY TAX ISSUE, THAT I FULLY DIDNT UNDERSTANDTHEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MY TIME OF CONFUSION & WERE VERY HONEST ABOUT THEIR PROCESS AND WHAT TO EXPECTI KNOW ITS VERY HARD TO TRUST SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE, BUT I WAS AT PEACE AND ABLE TO GO ABOUT MY DAYS KNOWING I HAD A GREAT TEAM WORKING FOR MEI UNDERSTAND THAT HIRING A PROFESSIONAL COSTS ME MONEY, BUT THE RELIEF AND NOT HAVING TO BE STRESSED OUT EVERYDAY WAS WELL WORTH THE COSTSI THOUGHT I KNEW HOW TO HANDLE THE IRS, BUT PUTTING ASIDE THE LETTERS AND TELLING MYSELF I WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, WENT FROM DAYS TO YEARSMONSTER TAX RELIEF HELPED ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITHIN A FEW MONTHSTHANKS AGAIN MONSTER TAX!! -

At one time I thought that this company was going to be a great company to help me clear up my tax issuesbut the IRS now has quit taking the money from my account that was set up and I'm unable to contact monster tax relief with the phone numbers that I haveI've even tried to contact Jessica which was my agent for my programIs this company in business or did I just get scammed againCan somebody let me knowThanks ***

It started with Spectrum Tax Relief LLC Whatney #Suite 100, Irvine Ca *** *** *** who I paid ($795.00) to help me with back taxies I owe the IRS ($16,000.00)They also advised they would file my federal and state taxies at know extra chargeThey said it would be setup in three phasesPhase I background investigation and all the tax information, Power of Attorney, Financial QuestionnaireOnce this was done go too Phase IIPhase II they turn my case# *** over to *** Tax Relief LP *** *** El Toro Suite 425, Lake Forest, Ca *** *** ***, ***I turned all needed paper work into them no later than the second week in marchI do not no why but they advised me they had to file for an extension, after the file date a week or so later I received email with the completed taxies done by *** tax relief LP, a copy of my federal tax bill($1,385.00) and a voucher with the amount I owed the state of NC ($1085.00)When I

I was contacted by the business on about march of being I did have tax concerns I decided to work with them because of their promising me relief, I did pay them thousand dollars by credit card, since sending them my packet to resolve tax concerns Yesenia an agent told me she needed to call, right back and thats the last I've heard from them since back in May I have phoned them and kept getting a busy signal emailed and they never respond I'm wanting to know if they got my packet and if they needed anything else and I cant get any response, Is this business still in operation

I hired Monster Tax Relief to work for me to get IRS issues resolved I paid MTR $5,and submitted all the forms they requested and then they went silent They don't return phone messages, e-mails and the main number on their website is not operational
I would like my money back and a guarantee that all of my personal information has been destroyed

This is why I don't agree with *** tax Relief answerThey advised me that they would do my taxes Federal and tax, they did say they would do my state as a courtesy, but what they are telling you about the abatement program which does not accept interest and penalty is something that was not told to me before they did my taxesI spoke with Ms*** *** Senior Tax Associate *** Tax Relief, LPMs *** advised yes they did drop the ball all my paper work was on timeMy problem is because they had to file for an extension with the Federal Gov over my taxes not because I did not get my paper work to them on time by because they dropped the ball between *** Tax Relief, LP and Spectrum Tax Relief LLC Whatney # Suite 100, Irvine Ca First I was dealing with Spectrum and then I was dealing with *** Tax Relief LP, in the middle of giving my paper work to one or the other they dropped the ball and I have to pay for there mistakeSo by them saying they did this as a courtesy they have nothing to do with the interest and penalty because my payment to the state was late when they also sent me a voucher when my taxes was completed by them with a told amount due of 1085.00, but when I made contact with North Carolina Department of Revenue they advised me that with interest and penalty amount due was more than what was on the voucher I received from *** TAx ReliefIf my state taxes was not part of the extension why is that they did not tell me about it in the being but they can tell me and you about it nowThis is why I say they are not really doing a great job looking out for there clients, if they where this would not have happen and to say that there policy don't allow them to give refunds on mistakes they made is just wrong things are amended all the time when mistakes are made they just don't have the will to do it.If I only hired them to take care of IRS liability and if they knew they could not represent state cases and was doing it as a courtesy when they filed for the extension why would they not inform me so I would not get interest and penalty from NC
My complaint is under the name of the company that charged me $1,the name on my paper work and if this is not the case they changed the name of the company, that what I believe is going on here if not what is the true name of the company that is doing the work for meI will be sending all paper work in over night mail so you can see for yourself

I paid monster tax relief 7,to take care of my back taxes last year and in contact with them they said everything was going well until I get a letter from the irs saying that monster is no longer representing me and my case had been turned over to republic tax relief to a new person named Behdad F* and when I called republic tax they say they are not handling my case and do not have anyone by that name working for them

[redacted] Tax Relief stands behind the decision to not refund interest that is charged by the IRS or state. The individual in the claim was not a paying client at the time frame in which 2015 tax filings were due. As a courtesy, an extension was filed on his behalf to prevent additional penalties enforced by the IRS/State. Once he officially enrolled with representation provided by [redacted] Tax Relief, the missing returns were filed to the appropriate state, and the back taxes with the IRS were resolved. The client was treated with respect and his case ended with the best possible resolution for his situation. No further action is required as this case has been successfully closed.

[redacted] is an active client of [redacted] Tax Relief who is upset about $256 of interest that he had to pay to the state of North Carolina. Spoke with client and explained that his state does not accept an interest and penalty abatement program so there is nothing we can do about those...
