Review: I received a promotional email from Monster Tees Screen Printing on December **, 2013. That day I responded to the email asking for 44 black vests with an embroidery on the front and back for my sorority. A man named [redacted] got back to me that day (through the company email) and the order was officially confirmed on January *, 2014. An invoice was sent to me on January [redacted], we fed-ex'd a check to their office on the [redacted] and the check was cashed on the [redacted]. After our check was cashed,I had to contact [redacted] multiple times to try and find an answer about when the vests would be shipped. He stopped responding to our one on one email, when I called no one answered and my voice mails have not been answered, I also tried to generally send a request through the company websites "contact us" link and have gotten no response. We found the company on [redacted] and messaged him inquiring about our work and they stated that they had a medical issue that put our order on hold but they were expediting the order, then proceeded to un-friend us after one or 2 days.Desired Settlement: I do not even want the vests, I just want our money back.I asked our bank for an image of the check when it was cashed which I have. I can also provide the check number if needed, the amount was for $1760.Thank you so so much!!!
