It seemed like every bill we received had extra charges on it for one reason or another so after about months we cancelled the service because with extra charges each time they were significantly more than other providersThe real headache started after service was cancelled they continued to bill us after service was cancelled for a couple months and we had to call them several times because we would get another bill with late fees for time periods when they didn't even pick up our trash and when that was finally resolved we received yet another bill claiming they picked up an extra bag in March and two in May mind you this is mid September with a highlighted note at the bottom to pay within ten days to avoid in court and attorney fees When I called about that they admitted the bill was wrong and instead of owing dollars we owed The office staff's final remark was we look forward to receiving your check for dollarsPATHETIC
We were extremely happy with Monster Trash for the 1st 3 years of service. However, within the last year our service has steeply degraded (multiple missed pick ups; office staff is rude and unhelpful) to the point where we are switching to another garbage collection service.
Monster Trash displays bad customer service due to the monopoly they have on trash service for the area. It is always the customer's fault anytime I have contacted them about mistakes. We chose to pay an outside of the county vendor more money just to have better customer service.
