I shipped the hover board back to the address provided and for attempts there was no one there to receive my packageUPS said they tried again after the attempts and finally got someone to sign off for itSince they received it they have not responded to me like they said they would not have they responded to my emails eitherI've called several times also and the phone just rings and no one answers nor is there a machine to leave a messsge onI would like to know what's going on as it's been awhile now since you have signed off on receiving my hoverboardI would like a refund, my hoverboard fixed or a new one all together just like the one I had already boughtAnd a response to my emails would help too ]

Hi,we offered the customer a repair but only ask for her to ship back just like our warranty states , and we will fix and repair for free,I don't know what else to offer our service is free all is she pay is the shipping best regards***

We send email to her two times and also called the customer, explained to her we sold out have to cancel order, and we already refund her paymentsee attached Strip Refund file
