$45.00 at this point. I am on the road all day and dont always have time to call people and the office is not always staffed. Feel free to schedule service if you agree to pay balance on part and I will again forget the labor, I feel this is fair as usually electric parts are usually not refundable in this business once installed, but didnt want to stick you with a part that didnt fix problem.
We had originally paid for the part as you know and something like this could have been worked then had you said you would remove the core charge that you received for our old part. If someone would have returned our calls this could have been worked out and we would not have gone through all of this. I will contact [redacted] and schedule a service and I have no problem paying again as long as it is installed properly and working as before.

I filed a complaint with Revdex.com July 11, 2017 regarding repair issues, to this date Friday July 28th this business has yet to follow through with the repair as he stated in his reply to the Revdex.com. I contacted Lowes and schedule a Service as he requested. It was scheduled and confirmed by Lowes for Thursday July 27th. We received no phone call from Mr. Justice. I contacted Lowes once again about 4pm and they called and left a message to see what happen. I also called and left a message as well.All we want is the part installed back into our washer so it will wash clothes as before. (I had also agreed to pay for it minus the core charge which he recovered for turning in my old part. I do not want him to make any additional repairs to my washer I only want the part put back that he removed. Thanks for your help with this.Regards,
