Review: My mother passed on May 15th 2013. After the burial my brother and I had went and ordered head plaque and paid and signed contract which he had said will put up in 120 days, after 120 days went to check to see he had put up the plaque like he said and to our surprise was not, so I had asked him why it hadn't been put up well he went from one story to the next saying why hadn't been put up which could not make no sense of what he was saying, I left upset that day so waited couple months and my brother had went to talk to him same with him he couldn't make no sense out of him, well on Dec 24th my mother's birthday I went to put flowers on her grave and of coarse no head plaque, I was so upset I cried, then I went the man that cares for this cemetery and asked why my mothers' head plaque hadn't been put up since he was paid in July, his excuse was it's the company and then started going into a story I told him don't want to hear nothing but why he hadn't put up my mother's head plaque, at that time I had asked him do you remember me and my brother ordering and paying for it he said yes he did, then I asked what is the hold up and all I got was excuses again so I left upset and crying. As of Feb 2nd 2014 there still no head plaque put up. I have no idea what else to do I get so upset every time I deal with this man.Desired Settlement: When customers comes to order their loved ones head plaque and whom ever takes the order and tells them that will come in within 120 days and be put up they expect that to be not come and see that it hasn't and they wonder if they been scammed paid for something they aren't gonna get. Definitely need new employees to take care of this cemetery cause the one running it now is a elderly man that always makes excuses to why the product hasn't came in yet.
