well as initialed on every page. After our 72 hour cancellation period all applicants must go through our reletting process and find a new applicant to replace their lease with us.  Once a new applicant is found and approved we then collect a $300 administration fee.  Being the General Manager I am very aware of what my employees are taught in regards to, making student lease signers aware that the agreements they are signing are binding.  Regardless, on the very first page the 4th line of the lease agreement states "This is a binding contract. Please read carefully before signing".  It is also up to the applicant to fully read and understand the document prior to signing. Since we practice under Fair Housing we must abide by what the lease contract states.  We treat all applicants and prospects in the same manner.  If [redacted] and her roommate would like to be released from the contract they must go through the process outlined in the documents they have signed and agreed to. We encourage [redacted] and her roommate to have an attorney review these documents.  Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to assist in the situation.Sincerely,[redacted]
