I would definitely recommend choosing All Things New! Mr. Ratliff, the owner, runs the business in a very professional and efficient manner, and is a pleasure to deal with. He responded very quickly to any questions. We had a precariously attached full set of very heavy stairs that led to the attic, that pulled down from the ceiling over the basement stairs. Two previous contractors that looked at it were stumped as to how to remedy the situation. Mr. Ratliff immediately offered me two safe options. Work was completed on time as promised, and on budget. Trim work done around new attic entrance looks great with no gaps! Drywall done looks great! We now have a safe and sturdy attic entrance!
