To whom it may concern;
This is in regards to the letter I received in the mail with complaint id #*** First of all I want to say the I never refused to help the customer with the problem she was having with the vehicle even though it had nothing to do with our warranty, which is
only for engine or transmissionWhen she first contacted me she told me that the problem was with the engine and I told her to bring the car right away and I would repair the damage at no charge because I was guaranteeing the transmission and the engineThe next day she found out that it had nothing to do with the engine , that it was just only the a/c compressorEven then I offered to help her out with the labor cost, and all she would need to do is provide the partsIt had nothing to do with the dealers warranty but I was still willing to help her and she got upset and told me she was going to contact Revdex.comAfter she told me that I still insisted in helping her fix the problem I called her and text her and she didn't respond Second of all she is stating that I knew the A/C was going to fail and I never told her anything about it, I told her you never know when an air compressor is going bad and that's the truthI allowed her to test the car from around am to 6pm so they can make sure nothing was wrong with the car and they were amazed by it Third of all now she is stating that the car doesn't value what I sold it to her for which was for $5,including tax,before tax real price $ 4,wish it well worth it Last thing she is saying that the car was in an accident, even she said in her letter that I let her know about the accident she even printed a *** *** report and there was no accident report and she was happy with the carShe said that there were some parts that were not original which I never told her about , we are in the business of selling used cars I didn't know the whole history of the car its a with previous owners not everything was going to be original

This is in to response for complaint id#*** from customer *** ***I apologize for not responding right away I barley received this letterMy intention is to get this problem resolved soonThis is the first time I have had any type of issues with any of my customer's because I always work something out with them if there is ever a problemI regret that things didn't work out and we have to go through all this
I never refused to help *** resolve this issue I tried to communicate with her to fix this problemShe simply stopped communicating with me , as for the price on the car I have the receipt of the amount I paid for the car and there was barley any profit from it and I can prove it Which that is not the point I was willing to help *** with the labor cost and all she would need to do it provide the parts.
I think that it's not fair that I pay for everything because I never agreed for her to take it to another shop as I was willing to help herAll I wanted was for her to bring the car back to the dealer so our mechanic could fix itSo that means I was going to provide the labor and she would just need to provide the parts so basically half and halfI already did my research and the A/C kit cost $ for our dealer priceI know there were some factors that didn't help us fix this problem like I was hoping since she lives in *** and the dealer is in PhoenixSo what I think would be fair for both of us is if I pay for half of the cost and she pays the other half .
Honestly I feel bad that she thinks that I was aware of the problem when that's not true , that was never my intention I was never aware of the problem and I thought everything was good with the carI really hope we can resolve this issue

To whom it may concern;
I reject the response from Montalvo Auto Sales, LLC on
September 10, 2014. The responder seems
to be out of focus on this complaint. The
core of the issue is that Montalvo sold the car for the sale price of $
with the major A/C issue. They advertised
the car to be an excellent condition and that is the price that I paid for the
blue book value of this car with an excellent condition. Yes, *** at Montalvo mentioned to me that
one of his customers told them that the car had an accident. But when I asked *** whether or not the
accident was major accident and major components such as the engine and
transmission were original, he answered that the accident was not major and the
engine, transmission and other major components were original. Yes, I checked the *** *** and did not see
any accident record on this car but it may not be on record if the owner did
not claim the accident to the insurance company. I believe
that the Ac/C was already broken when the car had an accident but Montalvo
temporarily fixed it for sale. As I
mentioned in my previous claim, one of his employees mentioned me that *** is
an expert to buy accident cars, fix them and sell them with good prices I do not think Montalvo would never tell me
the truth and would continue denying it Therefore, I am concerned that this issue
would never be resolved unless Revdex.com takes a strong action
against Montalvo There is no way that
the A/C can break down weeks after I purchase the car. The fact of the matter is that the car was
not in an excellent condition at all and Montalvo mis-advertized it and I
request to give me a refund (the A/C repair fee of $1077.15)in taking into account the A/C issue
that I had to fix. The bottom line here
is that Montalvo’s sales strategy suggests a con-style business and I am a
victim of the incident. If this issue
cannot be resolved at the Revdex.com level, then I am considering to take a legal
action against Montalvo as the next step

She said that there were some parts that were not original which I never told her about , we are in the business of selling used cars I didn't know the whole history  of the car its a 2007 with previous owners not everything was going to be original.

I know there were some factors that  didn't help us fix this problem like I was hoping since she lives in [redacted] and the dealer is in Phoenix. So what I think would be fair for both of us is if I pay for half of the cost and she pays the other half . 

Honestly I feel bad that she thinks that I was aware of the problem when that's not true , that was never my intention I was never aware of the problem and I thought everything was good with the car. I really hope we can resolve this issue.
