AGAIN, we did not tell her we would pay for her postage to send the product back to us!! We will gladly pay for the postage she had to pay for the wrong amount of postage when sent to her but that is all! Concerning the "free" product, it was mentioned that way because there was no charge for the product to replace the bad one she had purchased from the vendorBy all rights, we could have made her go back to the vendor but we did not! Wanted to help her at that timeWe will keep this going for years as we are not paying for her to ship the old product back when we replaced it for no charge!! No other business would pay for this return when it wasn't purchased from us directly to begin with

*** ***/ The fact that you put your name on a product regardless of where you retail you product and don"t stand behind itsays a lot about you as a Business person Social Media is a powerful tool!
This notice has just now been viewed until just now. I am the bookkeeper and this is my email here and I have not been here to see the first letter you have sentShe, *** *** ***, was to pay postage to send the old lip balm back to me and *** told me that one tube that I
mailed to her should be able to go in an envelope with regular postageThis postage is owed to her*** was never promised that her postage to send the bad product back would be reimbursed to her*** states, "I was trying to be of assistance by sending her another lip balmI have no idea when she bought it to begin with or how it was taken care of after *** had purchased it. I shouldn't have had to replace it since it was sold to the person that has the consignment area at this store, *** *** She is the one that should have replaced itI will gladly refund the money she had to pay when she received the product but it was up to her to send the damaged product back to meI replaced the bad lip balm for nothing."The amount would be return postage of $minus the cent stamp on envelope = $that someone at her household paidThis is what I will gladly send her

Regards,
[redacted] Polster/ Valley View Emus told me to return product and the original postage receipt I paid was enclosed because I was told my postage would be refunded. And the "free" lip balm as was stated is indeed "not free" but a replacement for an old, outdated product that I purchased and paid for.Thank you.[redacted]
