We bought a baby crib from this company and it was never deliveredThey also refuse to answer the phone or contact us

We ordered I crib signed a contract and had to send half the money up front said there was a 12-week time of completionMy wife got an email wanting second half of money and that they would contact when they had a shipping price so sent second half they no will not answer emails or phone callsOur son since has been born and has reached the point he needs his crib

My husband and I ordered a log crib from this company back in JuneWe were told that 50% had put downWe mailed a check and haven’t heard anything from the company sinceI have called multiple times and emailed ask for the status of the cribHave not received any responseI had my friend email inquiring about ordering a crib and she got a response back the same day with information and was told the same thing that 50% had to be put downWe are very upset as our daughter is almost months old and she still didn’t have a crib

On June 7th I was sent a sales agreement form Montana Custom Log Furniture for a custom crib and dresser totaling $I was requested to send a check for 50% of the total price and the signed sales agreement prior to the start of the building of the cribOn June 8th I mailed a check for $to ** *** ** **, Troy MT which was cashed on June 20th I then reached out to the company by phone and email on June 18th to see the progress on building and did not receive a responseI reached out again by phone and email on July 16th and the 25th and received a response on July 27th that stated that the product had not been startedI responded back on July 27th and stated that I wanted to speak with someone in person by phone to discuss other options since the product would likely not be completed by the birth of my son which did not occurI received an email back from the company on August 1st that stated that there were still ordered ahead of mine and t

Review: In October 2015 , I ordered a 6 piece of Nursery furniture custom made from Montana custom log furniture. After they send me the proposal and contract was signed the manager,Steve Grable , requested a 50% downpayment. I sent my check for the amount of $845, which was cashed in by Montana furniture on October 17th, 2015. Monthly, I sent emails or made telephone calls to ask about the status of my order. Only one reply that my checked was received and cashed, after that no other response has been made from Montana custom log Furniture. On December 01, 2015 I sent an email to Montana custom log furniture requesting the full refund of my check otherwise I will proceed legally.Desired Settlement: I do not believe that any work of my order is in progress, we have waited with no response and want our full refund immediately. My baby is due on February and unless they can have all the furniture finished and ready to ship I want a full refund.

This business is a scam. I lost $1700.00 to this company and am unable to contact them now. PLEASE check out the reviews for this company prior to doing business with them.

Only to be told to be patient.In September, I contacted the [redacted] Police and filed a complaint. [redacted] sent me another email to be patient. On September 23, 2013 I sent an email to [redacted] requesting the full refund of my check within the next 10 days.Desired Settlement: I do not believe that any work of my order is in progress, we have waited over 6 months for the furniture and want our full refund immediatly
