He was mailed his deposit receipt which clearly states “This statement constitutes a receipt of payment of the deposit and is not transferable to another consumer”MDU was not notified by the customer to stop services and there was no discussion of his deposit being applied to the new tenant’s serviceThe service was stopped automatically for the customer due to a new customer calling to request service in their name on 03-09-2015.? The new customer asked Montana-Dakota Utilities Coto backdate the start date for their service to 02-10-2015, making [redacted] responsible for the service up to this dateThe customers deposit applied to his final bill dated 03-09-as he had a balance remaining on the account when the service was taken out of his nameThe deposit did not cover the total amount due on his final billThe service period at the trailer he stated he sold was in his name from 08-23-through 02-10-He was also active at another address from 06-30-through 05-05-MDU has tried to make contact with the customer to clarify what transpired on his accounts and he has no cell phone minutes at this time.? The OK to Talk To Contact Person on his account was contacted and will get the message to him so he contacts us by 07-25-16.? We have not heard from the customer
