Do not purchase a warranty for furniture items at this store. If the owner of the store happens to sell they will not honor your warranty that you purchased. I purchased a warranty in 2010 for my daughters furniture. It stated that if I do not make a claim within 5 years (which I did not) I was to receive $250.00 in store credit. I am military, my daughter still lives near this store and we are in New Jersey. I called to make sure she could use it and was told because the store was sold to someone else in 2011 they would not give me the store credit. My certificate says Ashley Furniture, not an individuals name/owner. I contacted corporate office and I was told I was out of luck. Had I known this prior, I would not have purchased a warranty. Buyers beware!!!
