Review: The business does not state any return policy on their website and did not inform me of any other policy when placing an order. I found out that what I ordered was not what I thought and wanted to return the product. I was then told that there was a restocking fee and that it was listed on their website, which it is not. I am going to be charged for something that was not explained out very well on their website when I placed my order.Desired Settlement: if the charge is not refunded by my credit card company (which I have filed a cancellation of payment), I would expect that the company refund any and all charges for not properly listing the items and for failing to disclose the return and restock fee policy.

We attempted to contact company several times. When my husband called the company his call was picked up and then placed on hold for several minutes (the longest hold time was over 10 minutes) before they finally answered the phone. The gentleman who answered the phone said it was basically our fault. After my husband and the gentleman on the other line had exchanged words, husband said that we would refuse the package and never do business with them again to which the other gentleman said he would hope not in a rude tone. My husband then called him a "fking ae" to which the gentleman on the other line then used the same to my husband. We received an email from the company stating that the person who developed their web page had neglected to put the return policy on their site.
