Review: I purchased living room set at Montana Homefitters, Inc. (Missoula furniture store) on 10.23.12. On 11.7.12, the set was delivered with both the sofa and love seat damaged. After multiple failed attempts to reach Brett Baisden (the person whom I was told I needed to deal with), no returned calls, and several emails which he chose to not reply to, I drove to Missoula (I live in Butte) on 2.9.13. I brought pictures of both pieces of damaged furniture. Being extremely surprised at the extent of the damages, he apologized for not getting back to me, researched availability of the set and told me he would order it; it would take approximately two weeks to get in. I asked him to put his offer in writing; he wrote: "Montana Homefitters will replace the sofa and loveseat, the order should take about two weeks. Brett Baisden President." I followed up with a phone call and emails and was reassured the furniture had been ordered and would arrive at his store, then be delivered to me in Butte. I have yet to receive the furniture. His last email (3.15.13) said it would be in "next week." I have continued to call and email, but have gotten no replies, and nobody answers the phone at the furniture store.Desired Settlement: I want the furniture set removed from my home and a full refund issued.
Review: I recently bought an Andora Full size mattress set during Montana Homefitters, Inc. closing down sale. I also bought two other items which were delivered on time and they are here. But the mattress was not on that delivery by accident. I was told that they would not just close their doors and move on when there were still bought items that needed to be delivered. But that is exactly what happened. I paid for the item by cheque and that has cleared through the system already. I have tried to find the owner and can not. Their phone number associated with the business is not answered. Their site is cleared out and there is no way in finding out how to either get my mattress or a full refund. Their phone number is ###-###-####. I have tried calling both at weekends and weekdays. Nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like either the mattress delivered, or one just like it, or a full refund. Even if the owner has to go out and buy one himself I would be fine with that as long as it was delivered here, and was the same as the mattress I bought.
