Review: I Made a order on March 1st 2015. As of March 31st, I have not received my order. I have emailed them 4 times with no reply. I have called them several times, no answer. Voice mail is always full, not able to leave message.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or my order.

It is very unfortunate that this company offers terrible customer service and are very rude. I was extremely concerned to find out that when I made a complaint regarding the rude customer service and requested to talk with the owner/manager- that it was the owner who had been originally rude in the first place and never apologized or accepted responsibility. When I asked about why it was taking so long to be sent my product, I was informed that "It may be hard for you to believe, but there are customers ahead of you. I hope that explains it."

I now wish I had never done business with them, but I can assure the reader, as I assured the owner, I will never do business with them again. Nor would I recommend anyone doing business with them. They clearly do not know how to handle customer service, and without good customer service, a company is nothing.

I submitted a review of this company the other day and would like to update it. I had said that my credit card was not charged for my order however, it was charged. That being said....I have not received any replies to the emails I have sent about this and no luck on the phone. So I am still giving a negative review of this company.
