This company is getting over on their customers. I call them every other day and the days that I do not call there is a technician at my home trying to fix my internet. The internet goes in and out all day. One minute it works and the next few hours it doesn't. They have attempted to blame the errors in the equipment but every single piece of equipment has been changed out. I'm tired of calling them and I'm tired of having to be tied down to my home for them to send a technician out every other day and I'm tired of paying for a service that I don't get to use.
