having spoke to *** today - june - 2015 , he is receiving a refund of $the problem arose when he did NOT return the incorrect part to usthat is our Company policyif he had done so, he would have had his replacement part by nowhe is the kind of person who would ***if he

*** *** montana overland does not return customers phone calls this simple transaction took a month to resolve itself I dealt with the seller respectfully until after many phone calls and no response this is not the proper way to run a business montana overland was going to keep my dollars and thought I would just go awayim sorry thats not good business I left messages asking the return policy went on there website to see if it stated it so dont respond to me and say I didnt return the part when I had no confirmation you agreed to receive it and say you would give my money backlast I spoke to george he was going to find the correct part and get back to me week I didnt hear from him until I finnaly left a angry message and filed the Revdex.com complaint so for the seller to turn this on me is wrong and should not only be returning my money but apologizing to me I will never use montana overland ever again or recommend anyone else to eithermontana overland should pray they have customers like me

Review: I HAD PURCHASED A TRUCK PART FROM GEORGE AT MONTANA OVERLAND THE END OF MAY 2015 . I MAILED A 35 DOLLAR MONEY ORDER AS REQUESTED AND RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PART IN THE MAIL ON JUNE 8 . I CALLED MONTANA OVERLAND AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CONTACT ME ABOUT A EXCHANGE. I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM NOR HAVE THEY RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS TO DATE.ALL I WANT AS A CONCUMER IS MY MONEY RETURNED AND I WILL RETURN THE PART THERE WEBSITE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT FINAL SALES. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS TO AVOID A CONSUMERS PHONE CALLS OR AVOID MAKING RIGHT ON A PURCHASE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE FOR MY 35 DOLLARS TO BE RETURNED TO ME AND I WILL RETURN THE INCORRECT PART TO MONTANA OVERLAND

I will never use montana overland ever again or recommend anyone else to either. montana overland should pray they have 100 customers like me.
