Review: I purchased a Satellite heater in two steps from this business in November of 2014. I first purchased an item that was on Back order ($87.72 with shipping). Then [redacted] emailed me and convinced me to upgrade to another model that he had in stock. I did. The upgrade would add an extra $35.00 to the purchase. In the meantime I decided to move the [redacted] from the roof to the ground on a pole. This eliminated the need for the Heater because I could sweep the snow off. So I emailed [redacted] and he said send the satellite heater back. I sent it back and I gladly paid for the return shipping since it was my mistake. That was on January 19, 2015. After several phone calls and promises I have all but given up on contacting them. [redacted] admitted that the Heater was probably in the warehouse and said he would take care of it. I am tired of empty promises.Please adviseDesired Settlement: Refund me $122.72
