To whom it may concern-Mrs** purchased an in-stock display building from a Montana Shed Center display locationThe customer is correct in saying our standard buildings have 16" o/c except as specified in the pricingThis particular building was looked at by the customer before purchasing and the customer agreed to buy it at a discounted priceIt was sold at a discount due to having the wrong roof color for the customer that originally ordered it and having 24" o/c custom ordered framingAs a sales manager, I agreed to sell it at a discount of $because it didn't have our standard build specificationsThe salesman at her sales location failed to realize that part of the discount given was due to 24" o/c framing so that information was not communicated to the customer, however, the customer did see the product and walk through it before purchasing itThe framing was uncovered the entire time for any customer to see the build design.Montana Shed Center offered to replace the existing building for Mrs [redacted] with a new building at standard framing, noting that the 12% discount would not apply to a standard buildingThe customer chose to keep the current building since it was purchased at the lesser priceMontana Shed Center has a great relationship with all of our customersThis is the first time Montana Shed Center has had a customer unsatisfied with a building that they had a chance to walk through before purchasingWe also have over buildings sold in the past years throughout the state and no outstanding issues that have not been resolvedPart of our delivery service involves having the customer fill out a satisfaction report at the time of deliveryWe do have that from this customer to show that they were happy with the product and the delivery to their site.Montana Shed Center will continue to provide a quality product at a fair price with exceptional service to all our customersThat is our commitment to you as a customer.-VirgilMontana Shed Center

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: here is attached of a text between me and my husband on that day at the time I was looking at them and Mike the salesman knew itAs you can see it was very important that it had the " o/c as my husband had me ask the salesman before even purchasing itthe salesman told me yes it did haveI dont know anything about buildings I was trying to shop for one as my husband was very busy and unable he researched them online and we went with them because they had the " o/c had we been told this one wasnt made that way we would not of purchased it, my husband works late and had many things going on and didnt have time to really look at it till last saturday and thats when we noticed itI immediately called them about itWe needed a building very quickly because we had a well drilled and wanted to put the pump controls inside (which was done by red tiger) so their are holes and electric in it already is why we dont want another one and no we dont want to pay moreI was told the only reason for discount was because of wrong color and so it would be sold off lot quicklyNothing was ever said about 24' o/c so I was lied to when I asked to make sureI dont believe it was ordered that way either but thats besides the point, you advertise something and are told its one thing when its not! And their are other people in my area that have had problemsLook at the text and you will see how important it was to us to have the 16" o/c I dont think asking $for materials and labor is unreasonable at allI dont want to have to take this to court but if I have to I will and with my proof im sure we will win and then you will have to pay court cost on top of everything elsePlease just resolve this by giving us the $and we will be satisfied and I will hold off reporting you to chamber of commerceif your a business that cares about satisfied customers you will resolve it! MSC Customer,I talked to Mike about what he communicated to you regarding that buildingHe did tell you it was 16" o/c framing not knowing it had a custom order for 24" o/cHowever, I am willing to compensate you $for the difference and accept that as a mistake from a sales team member.Thank you for choosing Montana Shed Center.-Virgil

As a sales manager, I agreed to sell it at a discount of $300 because it didn't have our standard build specifications. The salesman at her sales location failed to realize that part of the discount given was due to 24" o/c framing so that information was not communicated to the customer, however, the customer did see the product and walk through it before purchasing it.
