In reference to the repair complaint # *** and ID# *** on *** ** ***, I have enclosed a copy of the repairs we did to the vehicle. Also photos of the vehicle before repairs and a copy of the wheel alignment sheet that we performedWe did not see a cut in the *** nor did we
see any wires damaged from the wheel coming off; we did notice where the wiring had been cut and spliced from someone prior to the accidentWe did not see where this had anything to do with the accidentWe were not made aware of any problems with the vehicle after the repairs, in fact, Mr*** was very pleased when he picked up his vehicleWe did not charge nor were we paid to replace the *** or repair the wiring issuesI have talked to the insurance company since I got this complaint from the Revdex.com and they told me that Mr*** had been in contact with them and they paid him for all of his expenses that were charged by *** *** for these repairs, therefor I do not feel like Collision Plus owes Mr*** any kind or reimbursement. When speaking with the Insurance Company they assured us that we had fulfilled all the necessary repairs related to this claimI am disappointed that Mr*** did not give me an opportunity to address the repairs concerns.
