on Feb *** I made a purchase at the Montblanc Store and decided on the *** that I wanted to return it for a refund because the writing instrument I really wanted was about the same price that I paid for what I purchased:

when I went to the Montblanc Store the person told me that they don't do refunds just store credit no one explained that to me and the policy was way on the left side of the counter that a person checking out would not see and surrounded with products to almost purposely hide the policy. On the website for Montblanc you have 14 days to return for a refund why do they 2 different policies if it's the same company. I did not purchase from a licensed dealer I purchased it from a Montblanc store. their argument will be that people on line can't see it or hold it but then again why have 2 different policies for the same company.
very deceitful!!! On the receipt it does state it but they changed the font to make it smaller than font. I have pictures of placement of the receipt. I will not rest until Montblanc makes the right thing.

I sent in my watch for repair over 9 months ago. They have repeatedly provided deadlines, surpassed them, and what was supposed to take "11 weeks" according to their estimate (which is ludicrous in and of itself), has now been 39 weeks and I still don't have my watch back.

They ignore all emails sent directly to their email, or through their contact us form. They have completely ignored almost all attempts at communication.

Finally, after getting an attorney involved and reaching out to their corporate offices via certified mail, they miraculously fixed the watch all of a sudden. They shipped it to me signature required and I'm never home to sign for it. The pickup location is 40+ miles away. I emailed several times asking them to have it held at the closer *** location for me. All of my emails were ignored.

I called their 800 number three times. The first time, I waited on hold for 45 minutes before giving up and hanging up. I called again and waited on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up. My husband called and waited over 20 minutes, then he just left a message saying to simply hold the package at the station, and he provided an address.

They still haven't held the package, and the watch I've been waiting 9 months for has now been shipped back to them.

I have emailed them again, they have not responded.

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Montblanc North America, LLC regarding complaint ID. They have actually made it far worse. After 9 months of having my watch, they sent it back with NO SERVICES whatsoever. I have no choice but to sue them. Unbelievable.Sincerely
