Upon completion of installing seamless gutter to two sides, and both the front and rear porch to[redacted] house which was paid for in full,...

the cost being $[redacted] ([redacted]), approximately two months later it was brought to my ([redacted]) attention there was water dripping in his front walkway from an additional upper roof above the front porch. We were then asked to install seamless gutter to stop this dripping, and tie it into the existing upper level gutter.
When the new piece of gutter was installed by my employee to stop the dripping in the walkway it was then brought to my attention that tying this piece into the existing upper level was not feasible due to the danger of the power lines going into the house. The new piece of gutter was then piped into the lower front porch gutter. [redacted] was immediately notified by my employee of this situation, to which he replied "I am a certified electrician and it would be perfectly safe to put the aluminum ladder against the power lines to complete the work." This was the way [redacted] insisted it to be done, my employee then refused because he felt that this was unsafe. [redacted] was not satisfied with this, to which my employee then offered to remove the new piece of gutter from the home that was just installed but [redacted] said that he did not want this new piece to be removed.
As an employer for the last thirty years, I have never put myself in danger and would never put my employees in a situation where they felt unsafe or felt as though they were at danger. I would like to thank [redacted] for his payment on the completion of the first job.

THE END PIECE FOR THE SIDE TROUGH, WHERE THEY WOULD HAVE TO CONNECT THE "AGREED UPON FRONT PIECE TO (THE CORNER) WOULD PUT THE LADDER IN THE "EXACT SPOT THEY HAD IT" WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE SIDE TROUGH.
[redacted] ([redacted]
WHEN I SAW THE FRONT PIECE I HAD PAID FOR WAS NOT INSTALLED AND THE DOWNSPOUT IN THE WRONG PLACE,HIS SON STATED HE WOULD HAVE TROUBLE POSITIONING THE LADDER ON THE SIDE NEAR THE LINES
(SEE FIRST PART OF THE LETTER) WHICH ARE APPROX 3
FT.AWAY FROM THE CORNER. I SUGGESTED(NOT INSISTED)THAT HE PUT THE LADDER ON THE FRONT EAVE OF THE HOUSE TO ACCESS THE CORNER PIECE, THAT THE LINES WERE NOT BARE CONDUCTORS, 3FT AWAY, ON ANOTHER SDE OF THE HOUSE AND THAT IF HE DIDN`T FEEL SAFE
THAT I WOULD DO IT AS I WOULD NOT ASK ANYONE TO DO SOMETHING UNSAFE OR THAT THEY WERE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH......[redacted]
[redacted]..I WANTED THE INCORRECT PIECE LEFT TILL THEY CAME BACK TO INSTALL IT AS IT HAD BEEN AGREED AND PAID FOR. BECAUSE IT TOOK A YEAR (THE SECOND TIME) FOR THEM TO COME BACK TO ATTEMPT TO FINISH THE JOB,I HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING IF OR WHEN THEY WOULD RETURN TO COMPLETE IT AND I WOULD HAVE AN ICE HAZARD IN THE WINTER AND MORE DAMAGE TO MY STEP.
