Review: I sent 4 shirts to be cleaned and they were returned with severe brown stains on the shirts. I presented to the [redacted]) and asked him to try to correct the issue, but he refused. He said there is nothing more he can do. He is convinced that the shirts were damaged before I brought them to his business. This does not make sense since one the 4 shirts was so badly damaged, that if I had brought it in this condition, we both would have noticed it and I would have requested / they would have suggested to dry clean it. Instead, they washed it. By washing it, this means the shirts were essentially in good condition when it was handed to them (dry cleaning is really only used for really tough stains). I noticed these stains on 4 shirts that came back together which lends further proof that the business damaged these clothes.Desired Settlement: I would like all 4 shirts replaced. I purchased them for approximately for $217 ($199 Charles Tyrwhitt shirts plus tax).
