None of my issues were...
solved. He offered to "ask for a replacement" but I declined. Other than that he merely listened to my issues and nodded his head without further service. I still do not feel safe shopping there and want to get the awareness out there to other shoppers of the risks of being there. The kiosk in question is still allowed to touch our skin and credit cards while conducting business there. He told me he would tell the person running that establishment what happened and that was the only attempt at "resolving all of my issues" and I never received an update or even apology. It is just not a safe place to shop. I mentioned I felt this way and he sort of just let me feel that way. He did give me a direct number to the office you would typically report to if something happens and I just think it is unfortunate that I had to go through this whole process in order to receive that number. Furthermore, Since I first spoke to a customer service help desk who not only failed to give me that number when I asked forhelp, Mr [redacted] also confirmed that the complaint filed with said help desk employee never made it to the eyes of anyone who could help me. He only saw my complaint in form of this Revdex.com report. Very scary. Just be aware of where you decide to shop. That's all I want, to raise awareness. Thank you.
