Once provided with the address our team photographed her wedding per the duration of the contract, even skipping the contract pause of 30 minutes to make sure we could capture all her pictures. Mrs. [redacted] was provided 30 days after her wedding with a wonderful collection of over 1750 images. We will be more than happy to provide you with evidence in regards to her complain along with a copy of the contract so you can see the terms of the agreement as per what she agreed upon. I am rejecting this response because:The address provided was correct on the contract on where we were staying. I received a phone call at 1pm from the office saying they were at the wrong hotel. Happy to provide witness statements. Also, they did take a 30 minutes break during the dinner hour. Happy to provide evidence of that as well. We did not receive all photos as seen in our wedding video. The photographers were provided the same address our videographer, florist and guests were provided and we confirmed the location multiple times and if he was confused as to where to go, it is his job to find the location ahead of time. Guests and vendors had no issues with showing at the correct location
