I am rejecting this response because:
The email states there were issues when we first applied to the property and how the money and balances were mis managedWe were told by an employee we had to sign everything in a hurry because they could only hold the space for daysThis lead to obvious mistakes mentioned in the previous emailWe did not get to read the documents we were signing, due to the pressure of signing them.Our money has been handled by incompetent employeesThe pet deposit was mentioned to show this incompetence as I was accused of quote "lying", and others words that indicated I was untruthfulDid the property want to double dip? Not sure I can't trust someone who has proven how unknowledgeable they are in regards to $Perhaps hiring a licensed CPA is the best route for this property.If you reject my reply we will pay for the month of sept and pro rate October, because petty cashHowever it has deeply saddened me, how the employees have yet to offer an apology for their unethical behaviorMy neighbors agree she is the most unhelpful and rudeExcept *** he's great and intelligent and the only helpful person at the deskI do work for the United States government and go to school full time, making payments is often difficult as I work worlds away & then have class lateOn the weekends I travelNote we pay a lot in overdue fees* we will mail the remaing monies and use signature confirmation, to prevent being accused again of not paying

My name is *** ***, I'm the property Manager for Montecito Apartments and just received this letter in reference to *** ***I have attached all supporting documents in reference to her statements stating 'she was not aware of Notice to give.' It's on her 1st page of TAA lease,
paragraph that she and additional roommates listed below signedMontecito also sends out day reminder letters to the door as a courtesy if they like to stay or renewShowing renewing options and highlighted day notice must be given, the letter was sent out 06/01/2017.0n May 15th 2017, Ms*** sent an email inquiring about renewing, before letter was givenNo one replied to my email.As for additional deposit that was "unnecessary" it's our policy to charge additional deposit if one does not meet our criteria.She did pay her pet deposit though, so I'm not sure why that was mentionedI be more than to provide any additional information, if needed.Respectfully,*** ***Property Manager

Hill Park Apartments may not be the prettiest apartments, but what it lacks in esthetics it is made for but the Management and the people that care about the place. The office management is firm but fare. When there is an issue they go out of there way to handle it. They take verbal abuse from residents all day and yet maintain there composure and professionalism not to mention work 7 days a week as well as live here. How many complexes do the management live on site? I hear a lot of negative things about the property and management, what has been demonstrated is something entirely different. They stand up at the expense of there safety to keep drugs and other illegal activities off the property. True it's not the Broadmoor, these people actually have a heart for there residence.
