I ordered this product on 12-16-paying $shipping for a trial of the product When I realized they would charge me $within a short time I called into cancel on 12-29- The same day they charged my card $ I called from Jan 2nd to Jan 5th asking for a refund always told call back their system was down On Jan 6th they said they would only refund 50% I told them that was unacceptable They said if I send in the product and original packaging they will refund I was given a RMA number and told I have a day window to send the sample I paid for back This is not a real trial, this is a rip off I will send it back but I am warning you buyer beware

After reading the other customer reviews, I have to report that I had a similar experience Their day "trial period" starts on the day you place an order for a "free trail" Given the mails, I didn't have the product for more than several days before the end of the trail period, when I was charged for the productI did not have an adequate time to evaluate the product I cancelled my order immediately, but upon questioning of the company, their representative, ***, informed me that I had received a full day supply and that I only had days to cancelI had missed the deadline, so I was charged for the total amountAfter complaining, I was offered a 15% refundIn reading the other customer complaints, I see a 30% refund had been offered to other dissatisfied customers
I would not suggest getting involved in this fraudulent offer

I ordered a trial day supply of their eye serum and anti-wrinkle serum and was charged $per product for shipping Both products seem to work well enough, and I was considering continuing to order However, the website said nothing about the customer having to contact the company within days to discontinue service Nor did it state that the customer was enrolling in an automatic reorder system, automatically charged to one's credit card
I received an email on the 15th day of the trial stating that I was being charged $for the eye serum I had not ordered any additional shipments, so called the company to find out why I was being charged for a new shipment when I had not placed an order for it They informed me that the payment was for the trial bottle already sent, and that I was indeed enrolled in an automatic renewal service for future shipments
Since their website does not state anywhere how much the product is, nor that there is an automatic enrollment, I was blindsided I called twice and spoke to two different gentlemen and got the same information from each: I was required to let them know within days if I was satisfied with the product, and if I did not respond I would be charged the full amount for each product They cancelled my "enrollment" and I thanked them for their cooperation They did affirm that I would be billed for the "trial" bottles I had already received
I then searched online to see where the terms detailing the day requirement, the day sample, and the automatic enrollment were located on their website, and could not find them I then called a third time to speak with a supervisor, who reiterated the 14/day stipulations, along with the automatic enrollment for future shipments I confirmed with him that they were cancelling my automatic enrollment for future shipments, but told him that since I had missed the deadline, I was agreeing to being charged full price for the items already received
In looking more closely at their website, every time I clicked onto a link to Terms/Conditions, I was taken to a new screen the highlighted a different product, not the Montecito product Never could I find any terms stating the deadline, price, or automatic enrollment aspects for the Montecito serum
This company should be ashamed to misrepresent so thoroughly what their terms and conditions are Even though I do like the product, I will never order from them again, and I highly urge other customers not to be "taken" by them

Do not get this product they will automatically send you the eye cream and charge you $Then they will haggle you for not returning your money back even after you send the unused product back

The same day they charged my card $99.95. I called from Jan 2nd to Jan 5th asking for a refund always told call back their system was down. On Jan 6th they said they would only refund 50%. I told them that was unacceptable. They said if I send in the product and original packaging they will refund. I was given a RMA number and told I have a 30 day window to send the sample I paid for back. This is not a real trial, this is a rip off. I will send it back but I am warning you buyer beware.

Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel the products for months but they were still taking it out of my bank account. This product didnt do anything for my skin it gave me rashes. The customer service was so bad they didnt even understand english nor speak it. So I had to call my bank and cancel my bank account and open up a new one, nor did I get reimbursed. I will never order from the company again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

This outfit is the worse ever . Their product is not only worthless the way they rope u in ti the "free trail" is nothing short of fraud,then,if u can find a number ,they know exactly what they have done and could care less they refunded me a whole fourteen dollars after they charged my card ninety nine. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this SCAM !!!
