I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details
of the offer I reviewed appear below.Most everything she states is close to what happened, however I did not say I had used a credit card the previous order in June, I knew very well I hadn't because I called to make sure they received my check from the driver after it not being cashed for over three weeks When we called to place the next order the woman I talked to said that they had my card information on file, so when the driver asked for payment and my husband started to write a check, I said not to because the woman in the office told me that they had my information on file (I thought she had told me that because it took so long for them to cash my check and that they preferred a debit card so that it would be automatic). Nobody at any time told either of us that there was a 5% fee for the use of a debit/credit card- I had cash readily available and we obviously had a check as she even states- do you think we would choose a 5% fee? a business MUST tell a customer that there is a 5% fee and nothing is written to that effect either. I still have not been contacted by either owner as requested. I believe if they knew that we were not informed of the 5% charge, they would have waved that fee. And yes, I am VERY aggitated, we work hard for the money we have and that extra charge was not in our budget and could have been avoided. When she called back, I could have went to their site or met the driver as he wasn't far from our place when she called back and paid them with cash or check, if I had known.
