I need more details on this matter I need to know the time frame that she lived at our complex and a address if possibleAlso [redacted] is no longer at this apartment complex the new property manager is [redacted] Thank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do wish to close this complaintNot because of the response I was given, because there was only a smattering of truth in it, but because they have issued the refund checkThe check, which she states was done on the 30th, was actually dated July 31st and the envelope was postmarked the 31st as wellIf she had told me up front that it would be the end of the month, I would have accepted thatBut, as I mentioned in my initial complaint, I was told the check had already been mailed much earlier in the monthThis lead to my concern with where the check wasAlso, in stating that my message, which were actually numerous, was on the maintenance line, is not accurateThe number I called was the exact same number that was given at the end of her response, "If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at ......"As I stated, I do wish to close this complaint, and I was willing toBut you asked if I accepted this resolution, and I cannot accept many of the claims made hereIn my last message, a week before filing the complaint, I asked for a response or I would seek other avenues to receive my refundEven a phone call at that time telling me the TRUTH would have resolved this issueBut I never heard from them Thank you for your help in resolving this issue Regards, [redacted] ***

On July 16, Mr [redacted] signed a one year lease with Monteray Place Apartments that expired on June 31, On June 29, we received his keys and new address in the door stating he had moved Kentucky State Law requires that a landlord refund any security deposit within daysWe had issued a full deposit refund on July 30, (before we had received any letter from Revdex.com)Upon signing of the Lease the paperwork clearly states that deposit refunds may take up to days before processedThe reason being is because we are required to keep in a special account that is audited and there are KY Laws regulating all deposit accounts We are not required to be in the office at any given timeWe currently own apartments that are divided up into different apartment communitiesWe did receive a message from Mr [redacted] however the call was left on the maintenance line therefore it was deletedThe reason we are able to provide such a nice apartment community for less than market rates for the area is because we do not have someone sit in the office 24/Our maintenance staff is on cal hours a day days a week I feel that Mr [redacted] was premature in filing any claims against us, causing harm to our business name since any complaints filed with the Revdex.com is permanently ?? your recordTherefore I ask for this complaint to be removedIt cant be both ways; if there is a State Law regarding the handling of the security deposit, which we met, I do not see how someone can file a claim with the Revdex.com We are one of the few apartment complexes that refunds 100% of security refunds in town If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### Thank You [redacted] *** Manager

I dont know any managers your speaking of khave I ever. how and why are you on a lien against my property??? I dont even know where this place is or ever heard of this place I ve been in a house since I was im in my 50's now and havent had an apaertment since I was 21. Whats up with this???

Kentucky State Law requires that a landlord refund any security deposit within 30...

days. We had issued a full deposit refund on July 30, 2015 (before we had received any letter from Revdex.com). Upon signing of the Lease the paperwork clearly states that deposit refunds may take up to 30 days before processed. The reason being is because we are required to keep in a special account that is audited and there are KY Laws regulating all deposit accounts.
We are not required to be in the office at any given time. We currently own 2200 apartments that are divided up into 9 different apartment communities. We did receive a message from Mr. [redacted] however the call was left on the maintenance line therefore it was deleted. The reason we are able to provide such a nice apartment community for less than market rates for the area is because we do not have someone sit in the office 24/7. Our maintenance staff is on cal 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
I feel that Mr. [redacted] was premature in filing any claims against us, causing harm to our business name since any complaints filed with the Revdex.com is permanently ?? your record. Therefore I ask for this complaint to be removed. It cant be both
ways; if there is a State Law regarding the handling of the security deposit, which we met, I do not see how someone can file a claim with the Revdex.com.
We are one of the few apartment complexes that refunds 100% of security refunds in town.
