To whom may concern

On November 03-2015 I have bring my 2002 Ford Explorer V6 to Monterey Auto Service at 2410 Monterey Road San Jose ca 95111 (408)297-8282. ( Invoice #[redacted] ) My vehicle bring in with no start problems. After lengthy and expensive repair PCM diagnosis by Monterey auto service I bring my vehicle home after couple day driving same thing happened. I have contact Monterey auto service I and get response they donot know and I tow vehicle back to them, but they fix not legitimate. Now my vehicle still not start, they denial of miss diagnostic.

Please help me fix or contact with Monterey auto service. Your help is greatly appreciate.
