Review: Poor service, food not up to standard, tip was forced, charge on credit card was wrong, no return call from restaurant.Desired Settlement: Refund of side order - which was no of quality. Waitress did not ask about service or food, side order was picked up (but not even half eaten), 18% tip was included but not deserved. No return call or contact back. Over charged, then corrected but made me feel like it was such a pain and bother to be servicing us. Frank
