This surgery should have been filed under Medicaid due to the fact that it was performed for medical purposes not dental or cosmetic
I needed my teeth removed so I could have major heart surgery performed and rather than take this into effect and file this under medicaid/medicare (NAME) charged me the full four thousand dollars upfront this is very poor practice and I have my kidney doctor (NAME) and my heart doctor (NAME) to support men this due to the fact that is MEDICALLY necessary to have this surgery performed
