In regards to Ms***’s “Statement of the Problem”, the following is relevant. The teacher in question was interviewed regarding Ms***’s allegations that the teacher stepped into her space and was rude. The teacher acknowledged that Ms*** addressed her concerns about the other student and stated that she has known the other student for approximately two years and that the student had never posed a problem or generated any complaints in the past. The teacher denies that she placed her finger in Ms***’s face and further denies that she behaved in an unprofessional manner. Furthermore, the idea of withdrawal was broached by myself, on September 30th when Ms*** approached me with her concerns. I recommended that to address her concerns, we would immediately transfer her son to another class. I also recommended that she forward a day notice to withdraw her son in the event that the class transfer was inadequate. Ms*** accepted this recommendation and withdrew her son days later.
